Good quality flooring at a good price and delivered on time

Good price, flooring arrived on time, delivery driver was really helpful at putting it somewhere safe for us and the floorer was very happy with the choice, the recommended number of boxes, underlay, beading etc that we ordered were all just right and a good quality floor, nice and easy for him to install and perfect for a bedroom. Really happy with final look.

I got carpet and Lino from you it’s all fitting now looks lovely good quality and not expensive definitely will be getting my next carpet off you soon

Simple ordering process, updated regarding delivery and trackable. Samples come quick (to be honest they could be a bit bigger) hard to tell true colour in large room on small sample.
Products is as per what they say and are of good quality (I’m a carpet fitter been on trade 15 years) point customers here if they only want fitting but have personally ordered as well

I thought this was a really good price and delivered very quickly. The quality is lovely - even my fitter said how solid and thick it is. Really love it - thank you! I would highly recommend this company.

Great quality carpet and reasonable price

Guess when it goes right it goes right but when it goes wrong it goes disastrously wrong

1) attempt one, only delivered 1/2 the order.
then
2) sent the wrong paper to couriers, who wouldn't release until it got resolved
then
3) took so long in resolving the courier lost the parcel
then
4) messed up the address and sent to the parcel to the order address that I informed them 7 times was only usable for the first order that was messed up.

Only got a 1 star as there was no option for zero.

Got tired with this complaint that was never raised as a complaint and found trying to resolve the issues exhausting.

The carpet was better than I had imagined. We are are happy with our purchase, thought delivery cost was a bit high.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Placed a large order for some laminated flooring with matching beading to go around the trim for a client's property. The first delivery came with just the flooring. Customer services re-assured that the beading would arrive on a second delivery 4 days later. Not once was it mentioned that there might be a stock issue. On the second delivery, the van arrived, but no beading. Another call to customer service and again, I was told that the item would come on a 3rd delivery 4 days later. Once again that didn't happen. I made several calls to customer service about this. I was told lie after lie. The unfortunate thing also, was that the flooring was installed in our clients house, without the beading. Now the customer doesn't want the flooring without the beading and rightly so. I don't believe that online carpets ever had the stock. Shocking company and even worse customer service.....AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

The carpet, underlay and vinyl were of good quality, and im very happy.
The delivery was not able to arrive as a rush order as specified so i had to change plans.

ive used online carpets for 10 years spending thousands with them and i used to recommend them.

i ordered a 3.6m carpet and 25m2 of underlay that was delivered last Thursday and my fitter came on sat. this is where the problems started.

the 2 rolls of underlay did not match each other and were completely different, they had the same label on but one was for garden grass and the other correct for the carpet. i called them but had to go out and source different lower quality underlay locally so my carpet could be fitted. 1st issue

the 2nd issue was even worse, the fitter rolls out the 3.6m carpet i ordered and the label confirmed only to find its 3.42m it just touches the wall. i call them to make sure they would be ok to take it back if the fitter tried to make it fit but it didnt. they refused they wanted me to live with my lounge furniture all over my kitchen and hallway and wait for it to go back be inspected and then a new piece sent out so basically a couple of weeks. costing me time and money. i requested a manager call me back but none work on the weekend so i asked for a manager call back on monday. this never happened.

my fitter fitted the carpet but due to the stretch and size he had to glue the ends down so it stayed gripped onto the gripper.

online carpets refunded me for the underlay which was less than i had to pay locally for lower quality so im out of pocket there. i sent them pics of the short carpet with measurements and pics of tape measure but still nothing. no apology offer of comp or even a refund for the carpet they didn't provide.

i used to recommend online carpets to everyone but it would seem that with there increase in advertising everywhere they have failed to keep up the minimum expected levels of service so all i can say to everyone now is literally go anywhere else. for them to mess up both items on one order is poor service and to look at all the one star reviews that are appearing now it seems they not only have warehouse problems but after sale problems as well but continue to let customers down.
