I waited a couple of weeks to review the bed as I wanted to see if it was up to my expectations and it has exceeded all of them, from the advice of customer service to the delivery and the brilliant video the company has made, the lady from the hull branch was extremely helpful, mum is bed bound due to a major stroke and has lost movement down her left side, arm and leg, the bed and matress are really really comfortable, same as the hospital, the reclining back and recliner for her legs are brilliant the controller is easy to use to get the perfect position, the mobile hoist fits under the bed and the whole bed rises up to over waist level which makes it a lot lot easier to hoist her in and out of bed, makes life easy for caregivers and family and she can get a perfect view of the telly!

Ordered a bed for my mom who was in hospital and needed it the next day. As promised the bed arrived the next morning. The assembly was really easy and the bed is great.

Brought a profile bed 4 years back the after sales service is disgraceful would not help in any way when we had to move house,and don’t offer a service and repairs service go elsewhere.

I would have given 5 stars but annoyed when I got a phone call at 0720 to inform me that the bed would be delivered at 0840 ish. My complaint is that I was told that because the order was made late on the Friday was that it would probably be delivered Tuesday. In fact the logistics company driver said that the order was processed Friday, I should therefore have been notified that delivery would be Monday. This would have been invaluable information as I could arrange for my Son who was needed to get the bed in to be at my house instead of his. Apart from this communication breakdown, I was very happy with the service I received.

Customer Service was excellent. The bed arrived the following morning - early in the morning too! The company sent an upgraded mattress as they were out of stock of the one I ordered, at the original price. The bed itself is absolutely ideal for what we needed and looks do much better than a hospital bed.

My mum was discharged from hospital without any support and we were in need of an adjustable bed swiftly, I ordered the classic profiling bed and mattress online for the next day palette delivery. I needed the bed sooner so gave Opera a call and they allowed me to collect it in person, the guys at the company could not have been more helpful and the bed is superb, excellent quality and great value for money. My mum had a comfortable safe nights sleep as a result and we did too knowing she was comfortable. The bed was easy enough to build up we followed the videos online and used the booklet provided. Thank you Opera excellent product and all round service I would highly recommend for anyone in need of a hospital type bed, it is so comfortable and easy to use.

We ordered a bed for my dad who has recently been diagnosed with stage 3 blood cancer. The team at opera beds are just amazing. They provided exceptional customer care and service. One person in particular who stood out is Michelle Winter as she was so knowledgeable on the types of beds they had and what my dad may need. Things I was so new to and had no idea what to ask for. I would recommend opera beds to anyone without doubt. Simply best specialised bed company I have ever dealt with.

The staff at Opera Beds Hull gave me excellent service, from sales to advice (especially Michelle Winter the Living At Home Adviser), advising me and discussing with me the best bed and mattress to suit my needs, the best part was she listened to me. The great service continued right through to a speedy delivery and installation. The installers, Patrick & Michael, very friendly and polite, and installed my new bed hassle free, everything went very smoothly and made the whole experience for me a delight, and not a daunting prospect as l was expecting. l can highly recommend this great company and their excellent staff. Very good service from first enquiry to delivery . Really please with our bed mattress so comfortable and the adjustable bed is very helpful for my husbands mobility .
