Very well made bed and comfortable for the patient and is easily as good as an NHS bed

Ricardo listened carefully to our needs and provided thoughtful solutions, ensuring my husband's requirements were fully met. The delivery and installation of the bed went smoothly, and we are very pleased with the quality and comfort.
We did encounter a couple of challenges and wanted to share these thoughts in the spirit of helping to further enhance your service. Regarding the bed, we understand there may be important reasons for your policy, but reporting any issues with the mattress is currently only possible Monday to Friday. We hope there might be more flexibility in future to accommodate customers' schedules.
Unfortunately, we had to return the overbed split table as we needed it to slide under from the left-hand side, with the right-hand side positioned against a wall. If possible, it might be worth Opera considering alternative designs for customers with similar space restrictions.
We also spoke to a member of your customer service team as we haven’t received an acknowledgment for the refund. They mentioned the table had not yet arrived at the warehouse but seemed unsure whether we should expect confirmation. Additionally, we enquired about replacing the bulb for the overbed lamp in the future and were advised that Opera would replace the lamp, though it appears this situation has not occurred before. We are unclear how long the bulb is likely to last and what the process for replacement would be.
In summary, we are very happy with the bed and grateful for Ricardo’s excellent support, but would appreciate clarification regarding the refund process and replacement parts. If you have any advice or updates regarding our queries, we’d welcome your response.

Kind, cooperative and professionalism from all staff. Was a little nervous receiving the installation team. However I shouldn't have been. Amazing lads. Was no need to worry about anything.

Telephones always answered very quickly. All the staff were very plesent and helpful and queries delt with very quickly. The delivery drivers always kept me updated with time of arrival.and were also plesent. Would certainly deal with this company again.

The whole experience was professional, helpful. From the beginning of visiting the showroom and purchasing the right bed and mattress for me. The salesman was wonderful, to the two gentleman who arrived and installed it. 10/10

I had been contemplating buying a profiling bed for some time. After some research I decided on Opera Beds.
Their service is tiptop. I dealt with Lisa Davis who was so helpful and understanding. I ordered a 3’ bed which arrived within the 10 days promised. After a few nights, although the mattress was comfortable, I realised that 3’ was a bit too narrow for me. They offer an exchange service within 10 days if you are not satisfied. I took advantage of this after 4 days and I now have a replacement 4’ bed. This was delivered promptly and with no red tape or fuss. It did cost a bit more but was really worth it. Opera go above and beyond to make sure your bed is suitable.

After having to spend some nights sleeping in a chair because laying flat in my own original divan bed was really uncomfortable, I can now enjoy a comfortable adjustable bed and a really good night asleep. Thank you Opera Beds

Excellent service from start to finish. I'm pleased that I started with a physical catalogue which my elderly mother in law could browse. The order process over the phone was straightforward and staff member who took my call very good. I was kept informed about the delivery and the men who installed the bed were very professional.

Ordering the bed was easy, delivery and installation quick.

The whole experience was informative and responsive from the first phone call to delivery. the sales rep laid out all the options and answered all the questions we had to allow us to choose the best bed for our Mum. We had a zoom call with a full demonstration of all the functionality. The delivery service was first rate. I could not recommend Opera Beds highly enough.
