Great service from this company, needed hospital bed quickly. Ordered on a Monday, delivered next day for a small extra charge. Had tried other places and delivery would be 4 to 6 weeks. Bed easy to assemble and very comfy for my 92 year old mum. Would highly recommend this company

From only ordering the bed on Thursday in a panic rush for mom leaving hospital the service has been second to none. Harry on the phone was so helpful and the 2 delivery guys extremely friendly and helpful. The bed is amazing and most importantly doesn’t look like a hospital bed for mom. Thankyou all so much.

Opera delivered a beautiful adjustable bed today the whole process has been seemless from beginning to end.All staff have been very proffesional and informative.The installation of the bed by Rich and Darren was perfect very courteous and gave good demonstration of attributes of the bed.I would highly reccomend Opera and my disabled son is delighted.

I had an appointment at the showroom on a Monday and the bed was delivered and installed on the Wednesday. Super impressed with it all and the quick turnaround. Their communication is fantastic - updates at every stage.

The showroom is great. I like that it's by appointment so it feels much more personal. Ricardo was very helpful and understanding, showing me all the beds he felt would suit my needs.

Delivery and installation was great also. Nick and Greg carried it all out quickly and smoothly. There was a very minor issue with the headboard which I was reassured would be resolved with a replacement. The instructions on how to use and adjust the bed were clear and very well explained.

The bed itself feels very stable and looks quality. A minor issue is that the buttons on the handset are almost flat and can be difficult for me to press at times. If they were slightly raised it would be easier to use, especially at night, by pressing the buttons from touch and feel without having to look at the handset.

From deciding the bed to delivery, we were kept informed every step of the process, Rich and Darren were excellent when delivering our bed,getting it upstairs and building it they even noticed it was a new carpet and offered to take their shoes off which was very observant and courteous, well done guys.
They went through all the instructions so that there was no confusion very happy and delighted with our new bed,a fantastic night's sleep

My elderly parents bought an Opera profiling bed through a third party supplier last year and it has been great but I had reason to contact Opera directly a couple of weeks ago, in need of help with selecting some additional aids/accessories. The service I have received from this company has been world class - hands down the most helpful, reliable, polite team of people I’ve ever dealt with. I was given a great deal of help in deciding which products would be best to purchase to meet my Dad’s needs and how to place the order. On the day the product arrived a wonderful lady called Leanne went way beyond the call of duty to provide help and support in understanding how to fit and use the
product. She also researched additional information about the product for me and rang me (as promised!) to supply me with the info. Unfortunately, a small flaw developed on one of the products a few days after use and within two days of highlighting this problem a brand new replacement had been delivered free of charge. Every time I’ve rang this company a polite, helpful person has been on the other end of the phone. I do not know how Opera is managing to attract employees of this calibre but long may it continue. Sincere thanks to all staff and especially Leanne.

Really helpful experience being able to try out different beds and mattresses in the showroom. Exclusive access for an hour also a great idea and enables you to explore the options without feeling rushed or pressured.

I received my order today and the bed seems great — really well made and sturdy. So far, I’ve had a very good experience with Opera Beds. Their customer service has been excellent and they’ve gone out of their way to help me.

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional and genuinely seems to care about their customers, which is refreshing compared to other companies. Hopefully, I won’t have any issues in the future, but based on my experience so far, I’m very happy. Keep up the good work, Opera Beds!

Installation of bed was quick. The installers were very helpful in describing the operation of the bed and they cleared all packaging away in quick time.

Team arrived on time, communication was good, built bed and took away old bed. No problems and no drama. I'm very happy with my new single adjustable bed. Ordering on the phone was easy.

Ordering was easy, and has a courtesy call to check I was happily with the order and book the delivery. The engineers(Dwaine and Lucas) were professional, courteous and careful of my home.

Great showroom experience at CareCo and fantastic delivery and assembly by Rich and Darren of Opera. Bed looks great, not hospital like at all which is very important.
Mum looking forward to getting a sleep in a bed instead of her riser/recliner chair.

Ricardo at sales was really helpful and courteous. Not so happy with initial delivery arrangements but delivery/installation was excellent. Now awaiting change of head and foot boards, so review still not complete. Thanks.

The office manager was so helpful I needed a 3ft6. Rise and fall bed urgently. He talked me through the options personally saw to its packing etc. it arrived within 20hrs exactly as ordered it’s very high construction. A big gold star for Billy who made my life almost stress less, after a stress full episode.
