All went as per schedule and explained what to do's and don't.

Excellent quality experience both clinical and reception and treatment. I had complex cataract procedure on the NHS at their Colindale hospital.
Only problem and it is a severe problem is inability to contact a real person to discuss it change an appointment.
Even my optician found it a real problem to navigate their automated booking process. Optegra need to deal with this as it spoils an otherwise good experience.

Very professional & friendly staff .... Excellent support... I had two cataracts done... East recovery... I did the Right to Site program .... Half NHS & half private.. Well worth it...

Eye surgery was a success, vision afterwards was good without glasses. Surgeon was very good and explained everything.

I was very impressed with the efficient way this company operated. Virtually everybody is apprensive about their eyes being involved in anything, no problems here, they were excellent.

The appointments came quite quickly. The cataract operations were painless and did not last too long. The staff were efficient and friendly. There is a wait of several weeks before an eye test is possible, which is trying, but I hope to end up with better eyesight. Give it due consideration, but my experience has been positive.

Cataract operation. Very efficient service and good friendly staff. The only thing that wasn’t made clear was that I could not get new glasses until after my post op 4-6 weeks later, which was inconvenient. Otherwise the information was very thorough. The operation was only 15mins but the waiting time was a couple of hours

Everything about Optegra is superb. Everyone is very professional, efficient & kind. Every step of the way was explained & the surgeon Mr Robert Petraca explained what was happening all through the surgery.
The Receptionists,, Optometrists,, Nurses & the Consultant all displayed kindness, empathy & reassurance making the experience of surgery a pleasant one.

From the reception desk through to completion of my 2nd eye op...the attention, assistance,explanations and care i received from everyone was excellent..Resulting in a relaxed reassured informed pre and post op experience. The take home information booklets have been invaluable.

Staff were supportive and relaxed and all ran to time. The op itself was efficiently carried out.
My only complaint is that after the 2nd op I was expecting to be discharged prior to getting new glasses. On enquiry it seems that Specsavers weren't told to contact me either so I was waiting to hear that I could go ahead. Seems like a lack of clear communication somewhere.

Having had cataract surgery on both eyes. I now have 20/20 vision. The whole experience was excellent.

I imagine that most people approach cataract surgery with a degree of apprehension. This notion is immediately dispelled when entering Optegra. The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The procedure itself is straightforward, painless and over relatively quickly.
The end result of cataract surgery is immediately noticeable and only goes on to improve within days.

Mum was looked after very well by the staff at the clinic. Her eyesight is much better and she is looking forward to having her other eye done soon.

All staff make you feel at ease and well looked after from the minute you arrive until you leave. The receptionist and all nursing staff do a fantastic job and go above and beyond.
