I used their service and it has been amazing! Optical facilities helped us get our storage heater fixed after working hours and instructed us in how to maintain it. Made sure everything was working properly before closing the job. Definitely recommend this company!!

I highly recommend optical facilities. My partner and I attempted to install a complex set of lights and made a total mess, leaving us without electricity. I called optical and the engineer arrived in under an hour diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and fixed it. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than other quotes I received for the same job. Their engineer had a ‘can do’ attitude and conducted himself very professionally

We have become regular customers of…
We have become regular customers of optical facilities. We have found them to be extremely reliable. On this occasion I rang to book a service for my boiler and they managed to get an engineer out to me within 3 hours. As well as the service, he repaired a small fault in outlet central heating swiftly and without fuss. I have no doubt there are some companies that are cheaper but you get what you pay for in life and optical facilities do give a high quality service.

Optical facilities engineer was reliable and reasonably priced. They installed a number of smoke alarms for us and when one proved to be faulty, the engineer came back quickly to replace the faulty component at no additional cost. We feel that we can contact them to carry out a range of electrical, and know they will respond immediately to our enquiry, giving us a fair and realistic estimate and arrange for the works to be carried out ASAP giving us a definite date and time. Optical facilities did a great job in moving existing sockets to new completely different locations in several rooms and installing new ones. All of the work was carried out to a high professional standard by the engineer extremely neat and tidy. Would certainly recommend opticals services

Unable to reach a plumber in the area
Unable to reach a plumber in the area, all too busy, I rang optical facilities. The lady that answered was very calm, took my details, told me the cost of labour and said someone would be available in 1-3 hours. A pleasant and efficient engineer came within the allotted time, repaired the boiler, noticed one or two omissions from previous service and put them to rights. So after 4 days without heat or hot water optical facilities came good. Expensive charges maybe but problems were solved quickly. Well done to all staff involved.

We used optical facilities to carry out an electric installation condition report on our 1930’s 5 bedroom house. We found them efficient, pleasant to have in the house. The whole exercise was completed in about and hour with clear paperwork.

Had an issue with a pesky squirrel in my loft. I contacted the company and they sorted it as soon as they possibly could. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to deal with unwanted creatures.

A great company
A great company. Nothing too much trouble and always polite and efficient when giving the boiler its annual service. This year they also replaced a badly leaking kitchen tap and a broken stopcock quickly and all without breaking the bank.

Called optical facilities as I had a issue with rats. My situation was promptly resolved. The engineer laid bare traps and gave me and my husband advice on checking the boundary of our property to prevent for future. The engineer located a small gap under a waste pipe which was sealed up immediately. Great service

fabulous company. Highly recommend. My wine bar needed PAT testing done ASAP and optical facilities came as soon as could be arranged. Everything was so from the booking appointment handled professionally with George in the office, the testing and invoicing at the end. All done in a highly professional manner, with respect and curtesy. No question was too stupid and all information was in plain English and easy to understand. The cost was great too!

Fast and efficient
Fast and efficient. Had an issue with our electrics going off. Optical facilities came out within the hour and sorted the problem quickly and with no fuss. Problem was a burnt out switch in the fuse box and I was surprised they had a part. On speaking with the electrician he told me that they keep a stock of most things to get some one up and running even if only temp.
