They are very informative and very helpful. This is the best place for all your exterminating needs. They were very knowledgable about all kinds of mice and rodents. I have to say I am very pleased with the rodent service they provided. I have tried all other pest control companies around and there is now way they can compare the service that I received from optical facilities. I want to say thank you to the whole team at your company

Outstanding Company
What a great company to deal with. Had a problem with with my boiler and I had no idea what was wrong with it, they calmly went through the details being polite and professional and made me feel respected. They came super quick to deal with the faults and I can now finally feel relax. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Very thorough service, if you want feel safe with the electrics in your house, optical facilities is company for you. Very helpful with giving advice regarding my electrical loss of power, safety and what to be aware of in the future.

Superb service - manchester
Superb service, was having a terrible problem with rodent in my attic. Optical facilties came out that day and made all neccescary precautions to stop this. They followed up with a second visit 2 weeks later. The engineer was friendly and approachable. I have recommended to friends and family and will 100% use them again if the situation arises.

Boiler Response Leeds
Optical facilities sent a boiler engineer out within 2 hours. He was extremely helpful and respectful, I genuinely thought I would have no hot water or heating but it was all fixed within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I recently suffered from terrible bed…
I recently suffered from terrible bed bugs following my trip abroad. I was mortified by this but once I had the heat treatment I can safely say I am now bed bug free. The sales team were friendly and got me an engineer quickly. The engineer that came was friendly and very reassuring and done a fantastic job. It was definitely money well spent.
