Very good company!
I have sent off a second pair of sunglasses to be repaired and I’ve been meaning to write a review from before.
I am super impressed with the first pair I sent off… My partner’s Louis Vuitton sunglasses. The frame was completely wrecked. Was a bit sceptical to send off but sent the pictures off and they advised what package to buy. It came back in a few days all brand new and they even gave me £10 refund as I overpaid for a service that I didn’t actually need in the end.
Then my Gucci sunglasses, again the frame was off balance. Sent it off Friday and it came back today Monday! Absolutely love this company! Top notch!!

Great Service - highly recommended!
Really impressed - my designer sunglasses hinge snapped off, breaking some of the actual frame with it. I asked Louis Vuitton's repair service first, but they said it couldn't be repaired. I wasn't sure what to expect but sent to Opto on the chance they could fix them instead. They came back a few days later in completely new condition, like nothing ever happened. They are my favourite sunglasses and was devastated when they broke, so I am so happy I found Opto.

Prompt service
I have a pair of rimless glasses which were quite expensive. Unfortunately, one of the arms became detached and the other arm was on the verge of coming off. I took them to the opticians where I had bought them and although they managed to re-fit the arm, the repair only lasted a day. I tried one or two repairs myself which weren't successful and I thought I would have to purchase a new pair of glasses. Fortunately, I came across Opto Glasses Repair on the Internet. I contacted them and sent some photos of the glasses in question. They came back to me quite quickly and told me which repair package to purchase if I wanted to go ahead. I was surprised at the reasonable price quoted and thought it was worth taking a chance on them. I had to pay the postage to send the glasses to them but they said that the return postage was included in the price. I sent the glasses on Wednesday and had an acknowledgement of receipt on the following day (Thursday). They told me the repair would be carried out on the Friday and on Saturday morning they arrived back with me. The glasses looked better than when I first purchased them and had been thoroughly cleaned. I am most impressed with the quality of the repair and the prompt service I received. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend Opto.

Broken, misshapen glasses like new!
I sent my broken and miss-shaped titanium-framed varifocal glasses to Opto and within 24 hours of them receiving them, they had repaired them fully and returned them. The glasses are now in excellent condition and this fantastic service saved me a couple of hundred pounds on new glasses. Highly recommended!

Would totally recommend!
I had snapped the arm of my designer glasses and never dreamed anyone would be able to fix them. So I thought I would be able to glue it! It stuck but looked unsightly. I then found Opto and within 1 week my glasses were back and like brand new! Absolutely amazing!
