First time I’ve used a service like…
First time I’ve used a service like this. The monofilament holding a lens in my semi-framed glasses broke. I sent them special delivery and 4 days later they came back, looking great, like a new pair of specs. Very happy with communication. The only downside is that they are returned using tracked postage, so they are only insured for £75. My varifocals cost more than 4 times that.

100% recommend
100% recommend. Glasses came back looking new. Bent arms straightened, broken hinge repaired and cleaned. Fast repair, kept updated on status and reasonably priced. I'm useless at looking after glasses, usually sitting on them or falling asleep with them on, even the dog chewed them once, so no doubt I'll be using them again at some point but very happy to do so.

Highly recommended glasses repair
The customer service was excellent, they provided me with the information requested within 2 hours of sending the enquiry and then replied throughout the day.
The price was much cheaper than several of their competitors. I had two pairs of glasses repaired at the hinge, they sent them back within a few days.
The glasses were also cleaned, and provided with some maintenance as part of the price. The glasses were returned sealed and well packaged, they also included a free personalised cleaning cloth, which was a very nice touch.
I would highly recommend them in the future.

Most amazing repair!
My wife broke her glasses, and she has had them for many years and loves them, so I had to find somewhere to repair them. I came across this service and, at first, I was a bit sceptical, but I decided to give it a try.
The results were A M A Z I N G. They fixed the glasses, included a special gift for my wife, and even added new holders. I have never seen this kind of service before.

Outstanding service – unbelievably fast!
I honestly can’t believe how good the service from OPTO Glasses Repair was. I posted my broken glasses on Saturday and had them fully repaired and back with me by Wednesday — incredibly fast and completely hassle-free.
Communication was excellent throughout. They even kept me updated via WhatsApp so I always knew what was happening with the repair.
The repair itself is perfect and my glasses look as good as new. To top it off, they included a lovely unexpected extra — a personalised eyeglass cleaner with my name on it, which was a really nice touch.
It’s rare to find service this good these days. If you’ve broken your glasses, just send them a photo by WhatsApp or email and they’ll get back to you quickly.

Excellent. Seriously. I saw someone else comment that they accepted and fulfilled a repair nobody else (any high street opticians; even those who make repairs) would not go near. I was thinking at one point to buy a new pair, costing over £240. Repair was to weld both nose arms back onto the frame.
I came across Opto Glasses Repair and my goodness…..
Simply put, I contact them and send pictures on watsapp, they confirm the repair, I ship within the hour. Arrives next day, repaired that day and they ship back to me the very same day. I would’ve received it the next day had Royal Mail not have a delay.
Sent on Tues, received on Thu.
