What a total waste of time and money…just so cheap rubbish.
If or when you can get it to accept a destination the lag on the graphics is just so bad.
Used it once and put it back in its box 🤬🤬

BEWARE!! underhand scam, you will lose your money! Unable to return. Customer service (a joke).
This is the repeated response you get when attempting a return...They don't ever give you a return address. It should only cost about £8!
1. You need to return the goods to China by yourself and bear the return shipping costs;
2. After the return is successful, we need to deduct the relevant tariffs and deduct 15% return fees;
3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.
4. The return policy stipulates that the return address must be provided by us. The address on the package is not our return address. If you return the package to any other address other than the address we provide, we will not be able to receive the package. At that time, all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the goods without authorization.

If you want a full refund, you need to return the goods and pay the shipping costs, as well as tariffs. It will cost a lot of money and time to return the goods from your place to China.

In this case, we refund you 9% of this order, and you don’t return the package. How about you leave the item there as a gift for your friends or family.

Only just purchased used once absolutely could not find it's self out of a close.sends to wrong towns not just wrong street useless any good reviews must be written by them cannot contact anybody no refund SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I bought this product having read a "Techtesting.org" review. Orbitnav is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a sat nav and received an open package. The sat nav would not hold charge and would not connect to the GPS. I wrote to them the same day requesting an uplift and refund. The company tried to blame me for the problems and refused to uplift the faulty product. They keep offering a 'Free' replacement and compensation (started at 5% and has since increased in increments to 12%) All I want is to return the faulty product and get a refund, THEY HAVE REFUSED. Have to ask: are the 5* reviews all written by Orbitnav? When I read the other 1* reviews, customers have experienced similar issues to me.

Received my Sat nav. Unfortunately the manual bore no resemblance to the machine, and despite numerous emails to the company, who denied there was any difference, they finally stopped responding altogether.
Very poor! Considering they have UK after there name, all contact with the company goes via Taiwan.
Unable to endorse this machine or company in any way.

Received my order withing a few days. Very well packaged. The set up wasn't straight forward, but once I got how it works installing it was easy. To be honest for the price is a fabulous sat nav. Had to email for some advice, and I got a response within a few hours and very helpful and polite. Using it daily and runs perfectly.

SCAM SCAM SCAM do not buy a sat nav from this company. The unit I received does not function when I press the navigation button and there is little or no support at Orbitnav UK. I'm having to write off my £120 and throw the unit in the bin

They send you faulty second hand kit then tell you it's your fault it doesn't work.

Satnav never arrived. Requested a refund within hours of purchasing as I didn't read the honest reviews first. Had several correspondences with their alleged UK director. Definitely a Chinese based company who offer all sorts of different bits and pieces(not solely satnavs). After exhaustive conversations via email and false promises, I reported them to my bank, and after multiple requirements made by my bank to fulfil their refund criteria, the bank did eventually give me back my money. My advice is, DO NOT BUY, unless you want to go through all the hassle I did. Also, I would not believe the 5 star reviews on this site as they stink more than a basket full of dead fish on a sunny day. CAVEAT EMPTOR

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY , I would give no stars if I could , can’t comment on the satnav as never received it , but the customer service is abysmal.
I ordered a satnav , it didn’t arrive on the expected day but I didn’t worry as parcels can be delayed a day or two , then out of the blue Orbitnav emailed me asking me to raise a dispute with the carrier for a missing parcel , WHY IS THIS MY RESPONSIBILITY!!? . However I did this , the carrier, Evri , were very helpful and kept me updated but couldn’t locate the parcel .
I contacted Orbitnav , forwarded them the correspondence from Evri and asked for a refund . All they did was keep forwarding me the tracking number and asking me to contact the carrier. Fortunately I paid by credit card and I raised a dispute with my bank . Orbitnav are now saying the parcel was delivered and sent a photo of a random package next to a wall ! I am still ongoing with the dispute .
Also be aware this is not a UK company , their emails were often badly written English and had Chinese characters

they wont give me a refund for a sat nav i no longer need the customer service is really terrible wont reply to my emails they offered me only 3% of my £119 that i paid ORBITNaV is a disgrace

Brought one in December 24 now wish I didn't can't put post code in it have to type in complete address can't return it no name on box and have to pay shipping cost also they won't expect it if it's been opened also no instructions manual in box as stated there would be. Do your self a favour and don't buy one Clive wickham

I am mystified, have received sat nav , will be testing it. My question is - there is absolutely no product name, no return address. The sat nav is without a name, the box has no manufacturer name, clearly whoever has made this product has no pride in it. The origin in China? Is not given. When will this weird state of affairs be stopped? Only order from a proper company with up front information. I find this complete lack of information creepy.

Love that I can change settings to what I like, like avoiding tolls or highways. It's user-friendly!

Ordered Orbitnav due to a tech site review and the price, arrived extremely quickly.
Although I haven't used it yet, it appears good quality and an excellent size.
Can't wait to try it.

The functionality of this Orbitnav is very limited. It works at least unlike other reviews I have read but there is no post code search for address so very slow to find addresses. It also doesn't display the speed you are driving up. Something I use on my current one as my speed limit policeman.
So I emailed about returning it and received a long reply saying I had to pay for the return costs and there would be customs charges etc. And I need to send it to a return address they would give me.
I said fine as I have a friend returning to China soon. I received the same email back 6 times ignoring my request for the address and how payment would be made.
Now I have challenged them if they read English put my requests in capitals in recent replies they have disappeared.
A completely UNREPUTABLE company.

My refund for a cancelled order should have been £119.00 they sent £113.05 No explanation. Will not reply to my enquiries also for another order I want a VAT Receipt Requested 4 times and nothing Avoid these people I am going to press about this disgraceful outfit

Don't buy satnav. Mine came in tatty box, not sealed, no name on the satnav or box . Took 16 days to arrive, think it's a fake. When you want to return, they say it has to go back to china, be in perfect condition, so if damaged on the way you don't get your money back! You have to pay duty tax, also lose 15% handling charged etc. they then offer you 3% back and keep the satnav!!! Cost to much to send back!. Says Orbitnav UK.What a scam
