I was very pleased with my expensive (£108) kettle. It was beautifully designed, stainless steel and seemly well made. But it stopped working after after a few years due to a misaligned plastic extension welded to the steam tube becoming detached. Impossible to repair. I had expected it to last for longer.

Sehr schöner und wertiger Kessel (war der letzte auch, hat leider nur 5 Jahre gehalten) aber würde ich immer wieder kaufen!

Alles wurde schnell geliefert und so wie es soll. Bin jetzt schon sehr glücklich.

Ordine di un braciere e relativo deflettore per stufa a pellet preso in carico immediatamente e spedito il primo giorno lavorativo. Arrivato due gg dopo perfettamente corrispondente e funzionante. Questa e' serieta' e va riconosciuta.

Amazing kettle and milk frother delivered on time to the UK, this is my second kettle I've purchased to use at work my original one is still used daily and ive had it for 4 years they are far superior to any kettle ive ever purchased I highly recommend ottoni. Many thanks Ottoni 😊

Excellent customer service, like others have commented I ordered the EU plug by mistake and Federica contacted me to amend this to UK, very efficient service from start to finish! The kettle is perfect, no plastic inside, which I couldn't find anywhere else. The design is great both to look at and use. The lid is just lifted off, so no worry about a mechanism failing. There isn't a gauge (as no plastic in contact with water) but I have easily adjusted to this. And it's made in Italy which was another plus.

I decided to purchase a kettle from Ottoni Fabbrica for a number of reasons.

1. I avoid plastic where possible.
2. It is manufactured in the EU and I prefer to support EU production when a UK option isn't available.
3. The company has consistently excellent reviews on Reddit, TrustPilot, and elsewhere.

From placing the order to delivery, communication was excellent and I was kept updated at every stage.

The kettle arrived within a few days and was very well packaged. The build quality and materials are outstanding, and the design feels premium. Several visitors have even asked where I bought it after seeing it.

After two months of daily use, I'm extremely impressed. I only use filtered water from my fridge, and there isn’t a trace of limescale inside.
