Zumindest für uns. Der letzte hat 15 Jahre seinen Dienst getan. Die Lieferung erfolgt rasend schnell, innerhalb von zwei Tagen war der Neue bei uns.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung und wunderbarer Kessel. Schöne Kombination aus Metall und Holz.

Das verpacken ist zu teuer wenn noch später Zoll darauf kommt finde ich . Sonst top

Habe am 26.10.2025 einen schönen roten Wasserkocher bestellt, die Bestellbestätigung erhalten und sofort per Sofortüberweisung bezhalt. Dann habe ich tagelang nichts mehr von Ottoni gehört. Da der Wasserkocher ein Geschenk (mit Terminbindung) werden sollte habe ich mir erlaubt nachzufragen. Ich habe zwar leider keine Antwort auf mein E-Mail bekommen, der Wasserkocher wurde aber am nächsten Tag losgeschickt und ist gerade noch rechtzeitig am 07.11.25 angekommen.
Ich empfehle daher eine frühzeitige Bestellung.
Der Wasserkocher selbst ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Schade finde ich nur, dass es keine Option für eine Temperatureinstellung gibt, z.B. für 90° Celsius. Damit kann ich aber leben.

Unser viele Jahre alter Wasserkocher hatte einen Defekt und wir beschlossen ihn durch das gleiche Modell zu ersetzen. Nach wenigen Tagen war der Ersatz bei uns. Zwischenzeitlich haben wir den alten Wasserkocher repariert. Die Qualität ist super und die Abwicklung der Bestellung war schnell.

I bought from Ottoni Fabbrica their Alice kettle a little bit over a year ago. I don't normally write reviews but I just absolutely love this kettle. It is one of the best purchases I have ever made and I want to write review purely so that their business would flourish also in the future. It is so rare nowadays to find a company that cares this much to manufacture products with heart. If you want a kettle that is plastic free, where no plastic touches your water while you boil it, this is the kettle to get. You will not regret it.

Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Bei einem Problem wegen der Lieferadresse wurde sofort geantwortet und das Problem gelöst. Der Wasserkocher ist Beste Qualität.

We bought this instead of plastic ones. No plastic parts to worry. Surface gets quite warm so be careful with small kids.

I am annoyed that there are no kettles made in England, a tea drinking country. Only one that is much too big and heavy for me. Delighted to find a European kettle and components made in ITALY. I already have a delightful green fry pan. Well done Italy! What style!

I looked all over for a kettle that was not made in China and found Ottoni. I ordered a kettle from Italy - made in Italy and received it in the UK within 4 days!!!
The item is classy and the service was great.
