The company is a scam. I placed an order for an emergency pet supplies over 6 months ago. They don't respond to email requests for update and the link to their site no longer works.

This company is a scam. I placed an order over 6 months ago and have never received my items or a reply when I reached out to them. I would have given zero stars if I could have. I’d beware of karma if I was these people , the way they steal from people

They suck. My order was placed 6 months ago & I still haven't received anything nor any kind of response from them. I've tried several times to contact them. The Shop app isn't any better! They aren't as secure as you may think & thier response wasn't helpful at all. Both took the money & closed up. Neither are even close to trustworthy!!

I ordered my pet cards in March and was promptly charged on my credit card but I have yet to receive them and have been unable to reach the company. I guess that this may have been a SCAM - hopefully, disputing the charge with my credit card company will get me my money back!

Looking at the other reviews here, I see I am not the only one who got ghosted by this company. I ordered pet emergency tags thinking I was also helping shelter animals and never got my tags or any responses to my inquiries. Luckily I used Paypal and they assisted me to get my $ back. How terrible for a company to hide behind shelter pets to screw people out of money!

This is an absolute scam. They took my money and then disappeared.

Was really excited to find these tags and ordered 3 to be able to share with a couple of single friends who have pets. Placed order Jan. 30, 2024 and have sent several inquiries about the status of the order. It now appears they have ghosted all of us. The site apparently no longer exists! Guess l’m out my money. Very disappointed as l though it was a great idea!

I thought this would be good for us to have for our animals. I ordered in the middle of March. Since the end of April, it shows it’s been sitting somewhere awaiting shipment to a post office in Rhode Island. I emailed them and they told me to be patient, that they were a small company. Subsequent inquiries have been ignored. I figure I’m out the money I paid, but hope others will buy the product, but from some other company that is reputable. Save your money and find a better alternative.

Ordered more than a month ago. It hasn’t even shipped yet. Multiple emails to them with no response whatsoever. There went my money.

Absolutely terrible company. Feeding on people who actually want to help animals and get cool items for their own. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I have tried to contact them multiple times, and they refuse to respond but can delete my comment leaving negative feedback on their Facebook. I placed my order over a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped and I’m assuming never will.

I am very pleased with key chain tags, the window sticker and the wallet info cards. I received the items promptly after contacting the company.

The tags are substantial and not going to fall apart. I put one on my car keys and another on my “walking” keys. Since I’m a widow I now feel like my furbabby will be helped if something happens to me. Thank you for such a fine product.

Excellent product a great gift for anyone and fantastic people to deal with

This small company is worth your time! If you have pets and live alone, this item is invaluable. The order process was so easy, when I thought it should have arrived but didn't, I sent an email and the product went out the very next day. They even checked back to make sure it was received! Thank you @ourpetcard for all you're doing!

Items were very good quality, very happy with them. Communication was prompt and well done. Shipping was quick. Will buy again

Simple yet durable product that would hopefully help my pets should I not be in a position to call someone to care for them. They do take a little time to process & ship but I love the product and that the company is small and helps shelters as well.

There was bit of time trouble getting my order to me, but as always the folks came through! I'm so pleased that the tags are now plastic and will hold up better over time than my original laminated ones did, these are much better and the extra ones I bought will go to a friend!!
