I am so very surprised that this small company of 2-5 staff has such am amazing review Stat. *** I ordered based on a friend's tag on Facebook.... which was February 22, 2024. **** Today is April 6, 2024. Company did not provide an order tracking numbe!!! First RED FLAG!! THEN THE COMPANY POLICY -
NO refunds, NO returns. Basically, this seems to be a scam! ALL REVIEWS SEEM TO BE GENERATED BY THEM. ** I'm now preparing to post a review to my Google Page... which has over 2 Million reviews.

Placed an order with this company on 02-16-24. It is now 03-27-24 and I have not received my order and no response to emails. I believe this place takes your money and does not deliver the merchandise. I am very disappointed this place is turning out to be a scam. Save your money and don't order from here.

Great idea for knowing my pets will be taken care of should anything happen to me. First shipment must have gotten lost; contacted company and they immediately resent my order which I received in a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend pet owners getting these tags.

This is a great product and my second order. I like it so much that I ordered a set for my son and daughter-in-law. They are a small company and it did take about a month to get my order but they let me know about the delay when I placed the order.

I ordered and received them within about week. Fast service and quality
products. Description was as stated. Recommend for vacations or people that travel alot without there pets.

When my order was confirmed, they said they were a small company and it would take some time for me to get my order. I waited a few weeks before asking why I didn't get my tags. I thought, oh oh, a scam on Facebook. I could not have been more wrong! I contacted the company. They apologized that I didn't receive the original tags. They promised them in a week and I had them in four days. Even better is their help for the abandoned animals and rescues they donate a portion of their proceeds to. They are a small company who strive to make their customer happy. I would definitely order from them again.

What a wonderful way to help shelter pets. All pet owners should have these cards. I have 3 rescue cats with cancer, one of which is also a diabetic. This emergency card will put my mind at ease for their care should anything happen to me. Prompt, courteous service from a compassionate team of volunteers. Thank you for what you do

I placed an order on January 15th, waited a month before sending an email, sent an email asking where my order is and never got a response. So now we are almost 2 months later, no order, and no response. I would not use this company because it just seems like they just take your money.

My tags were lost in the mail, but when I contacted customer service they mailed a new set out without delay. I shared with my family and friends.
