The cards are nice and the money helps animals. Shipping was slow

I ordered three cards in Nov. I had not received them after the time they said it could take. I sent an email and was told they would resend them that day. I will say, i was doubtful, but received them today. They are very nice cards, they are sturdy and well made. I'm glad I ordered them. And also that I ordered for a couple friends that have pets.
I hope i never need them in case of an emergency, but have them if needed!

Great key fob to have on your keys if you have pets! I now have peace of mind knowing if I’m in an accident, someone will hopefully look through my wallet and see the emergency card and contact number to call for my pet.

I received my Pet Card keychain tags and wallet cards in the mail today. I got three of them and it’s really nice to know that we will have the Pet Card keychain on our keys, and the card in the wallet in case anything would happen. I’m assured that my dog would be OK. UPDATED: The company finally contacted me and provided me with a refund. I wish it had happened sooner, but I'm thankful they finally resolved the issue.

I made a purchase in August and have been waiting for my delivery. According to their website, it hasn't even been shipped. I have attempted multiple times to email them with ZERO response. I have been blocked from their facebook after attempting to contact them. I have officially filed a complaint with the BBB due to their non-response. It's a scam. I hope they enjoy my money.
