Great follow up service for an order that was lost in the mail. Immediately remailed without question. I received the 2nd shipment at no charge. First one has never arrived.

Very happy with the tags & cards. It gives me piece of mind that if we were in an accident that emergency responders would know that we have pets at home. There was a delay in shipping but when I reached out to them, they responded promptly and said that they had been shipped.

The quality of the items - wallet cards and key chain tags is outstanding. Very study and much more well made than I expected.

Very reasonable pricing too. So happy that this company found me !

I saw this on Facebook. It’s a fantastic idea. In fact I’ve been looking for something like this to help take care of my pet in case I couldn’t do to an emergency. The company delivered the product as stated in their correspondence. I opted for both the key ring and bracelet as well as the card.

So excited to receive my tags and cards today!! Very high quality. Very impressive.
Customer service was friendly and prompt when I reached out about the delay in shipping. (Which it did state upon ordering)
Found out it was a two person small business and they were making the tags themselves. Even more pleased to have helped support their cause and business.

This is a fantastic and much-needed product. I feel more secure, knowing that if I were ever in an accident, Responders would be alerted to the fact that I have pets at home. The customer service department at this company is fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend them.

It took a long time to get my keychain tags but I am still waiting for my wallet cards. That said, I am happy with my purchase and ourpetcard.com is nice to do business with. Overall, very pleased.

I love these! I got extra to share with friends. They took a very long time to arrive but it was worth the wait. (And, yes, they did respond when I emailed to make sure they were coming.) We never know what life is going to throw at us when we leave the house; maybe we're just planning a quick trip to the grocery store, but accidents and unexpected medical issues happen in life so it's such a comfort to not have to worry about my kitties.

I ordered a pack of cards January 2, 2024. Today is February 18, 2024. I have not received the cards. I had to go through PayPal to receive a refund. Despite several attempts to contact this company through email and through their customer service submission platform on their website, I have never received a response. Fortunately, PayPal refunded my money. This company seemed legit, but now I have to wonder if they are just a scam. I don't know. I do know that I would not recommend anyone buy a product from them. They do not deliver.

Fantastic customer service when I contacted them about the delay in receiving the product. They rectified the issue immediately! I was also quite impressed with the product when i received it. My dog will be taken care of if something were to happen to me.🙂

So happy to carry this card in my wallet and tag on my keys. Took awhile to get but seller is responsive.

Quick and excellent customer service. The product was exactly as described and I feel much better knowing my pets will not be forgotten in case of an emergency.

I have ordered from Our Pet Card twice, and both shipments were delayed. But, they are a very small company so I tried to not get upset. I sent emails both times asking about my orders and both emails were responded to in a timely manner. I received both of my orders and the products were as shown and described, I just love them!

After not receiving my first order I messaged Our Pet card. They messaged straight back and sent another order. This order came within 10 days.

I ordered 2 items from them in December. It is now 6 weeks later and I have not received my items. I contacted them mid January and was told the items would be shipped the next day and to give it 6 business days. They hadn't even shipped the items. 6 business days have now come and gone and no items have been sent. When I contacted them about wanting a tracking number and/or a refund I was told to wait 1 more day which is Saturday and still have no items. Their time is up.

Do not order from this company, they will steal your money. I ordered two of the Pet Care Gift Boxes on 11/21/2023. It is not 1/25/2024 and I still not have received my order. I have contacted the company using the email address on their website three times (1/3, 1/19, and again today) and have no received a response.
