This was my first time shopping with Outdoorsupply.co.uk

I was a bit hesitant because of the pandemic however after the service I received, my worries are long gone.

Firstly, the website has a huge variety of stock to choose from. Not only that, some of which were only exclusive to this company: I was after a pair of Hunters and I could only find the colour I wanted through Outdoorsupply.

The page also stated different 'delivery days'. My item had 3-5 working days and others had 1-3 working days. After browsing the FAQ page, this meant that my item would be shipped from another warehouse. Outdoorsupply.co.uk is part of the Etrias group, who have other companies in other parts of Europe.

I placed my order on a Saturday and the email I got said my item should be dispatched within 3-5 working days...
...5 days later, my order was shipped with a DPD Tracking number.

The next day, I checked the tracking code and I was taken to DPD.de

As a result, I now assumed my item was coming from Europe which is fair enough considering the amount of stock to choose from. My only concern was that there was no information on my item being sorted in the DPD depot. So I then assumed my parcel would arrive after the estimate delivery time stated on the website. Of course, I understood the logistical challenge being faced by all couriers doing the COVID-19 pandemic.

I wasn't given much information by Outdoorsupply with regards to delays because of the pandemic. So I looked on the DPD website and the time frames all varied in different countries.

I then thought the situation was out of my control, so I'd simply wait for any updates. Then a couple of days later, an update appeared! My item was being processed in the Netherlands depot. I was made up with that and it was a sigh of relief. About 2 days after, I got a new email to say that my DPD parcel would be delivered the next day. I was amazed at how quick DPD were able to process my parcel and bring it to the UK.

I then got my delivery slot and the rest was history.

A massive Etrias box had arrived and inside was my Hunters box. The boots were in great condition and look fantastic.

I will definately consider using Outdoorsupply.co.uk in the near future.

Thank you to the Etrias group for providing a good service, especially during the pandemic.

Ordering from a site I’ve never heard of before is always worrying but I was very impressed with the service I received. I was updated about my product, I knew when it was dispatched and when I should expect it to be delivered. Despite everything going on at the minute, it arrived really quickly and my product is exactly what I was expecting. I’m very happy and will shop here again when I need to!

We had a problem with this order, having ordered my wife what turned out to be the wrong size boots. Normal returns are done through DPD drop off service which of course is not working right now. We emailed customer services, concerned about the 14 days we had to register and return. Customer services were very responsive and very helpful which is such a pleasant surprise these days! They confirmed we would be able to return when DPD start up again. In the meantime we ordered another set of boots a size up (they do half sizes, my wife took a whole size up from her normal size). My wife has elephant feet and struggles to find wide enough shoes generally. The wide fit version are superb. She's very happy with both the fit and support the ankle section provides. We are out in the country on a daily basis with the dogs so decent boots with a good fit and good support are important. These boots are not cheap. But so far they have been absolutely spot on. I have no hesitations recommending the site, the customer services or the boots.

Would recommend this site used twice no problems.

A thing to note if you order from these guys is the email you will receive will be from a dutch company called Etrias.

Dunno If they have a warhorse in the UK but my order came from the Netherlands, but still came extremely fast, even in the time of the lockdown.

Would recommend and I'll defiantly be using again.

First time ordering from Outdoor Supply and very happy with both the product (which I have ordered before elsewhere) and service. The price of the item was good and the speed of delivery was excellent under the current circumstances. I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again.
