Dispute gone wrong they did Take care Are of me
I have been with this bank for maybe a year now or more and just because they didn’t investigate my account correct the told me I was in Error money hit taken out of my bank for a merchant I have nothing g to do with them and oxygen didn’t return my funds so if I didn’t do it and there saying I am In Error there
treating me like I am not even a customer so who took my identy if it was not online or the customer it has to me oxygen that took my money terrible service

I have not received the funds from an account you all closed abruptly without reason, and completely unhelpful about it. Nor have you all even taken time to contact me about my account. I personally have waited almost an entire year and still have all the reciepts.

I’m not very knowledgeable about banks or banking but oxygen is my favorite online bank. I set up direct deposit in no time and it’s easy to use and I use the perks for cash back. I think oxygen is great

Another happy customer
Anytime I've had to call about my account or just simply questions, everyone I've spoke to were amazing customer service employees. They really knew Oxygen and the services it has to offer their clients! They spoke very good and clear English! That's my number #1 complaint with a lot of companies'!! When you have to speak to customer service that is not clear with their English language, it just makes the situation so much harder on the client and sometimes when it happens to me I have to hang up and try to find someone that can answer my questions and that I could understand what they are saying!! I honestly have always been very concerned dealing with app banks, in fact Oxygen has been the only online/app banking service I tried and I'm so happy that I picked Oxygen as my banking needs!!

Great Bank. Pays early and instantly on every deposit. Good perks and benefits especially the cash back. Customer service worked have a huge language barrier which sometimes stops you from getting quality solutions

I love Oxygen as an alternative to normal banks. I get my money super fast. Usually 2 to 3 days sooner than expected.
Cashback is great at recouping some of the money I spend on every day things.
Love the card too. It has some weight to it and you will get asked about it when you use it.
