Machine they sold be advertising 3L/min was a complete lie. I wish I would have looked on Trust Pilot before purchasing. And all complaints NEVER received their money back. Shame on them selling a product that someone uses to BREATH easier and it's falsely advertised and does NOT put out ANY amount of oxygen.

We ordered the portable and it was here in 2 days. Excellent response.

The immediate acknowledgement of the order placed and when it shipped. It arrived within a few days of the order with the exception of the batteries due to safety requirements for ground shipping. I immediately utilized it connected to the provided power supplies of AC/DC. It is simple to use, however the different levels and percentages are not explained very well, so I use the 1st L at 92% when relaxing. This portable unit is not marked as FAA compliant and may not be allowed through TSA for airport use. Only certain manufactures are on the travel list.

My -06 Concentrator arrived just before I had committed to attending a family gathering 200 miles away. Fortunately the machine was easy enough to begin using immediately. After this short trip, I was able to learn enough about my machine so that now I can leave it in the car until I need it. I purchased the extra battery, and that has made trips around town easy. I am very glad I have my oxygen machine!

I recently purchased the Serene 5 and NT-02 portable oxygen concentrators from TTlife, and the experience has been positive overall. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and the machines have been reliable so far. They’ve made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort, especially compared to the rental unit I had from my insurance, which had frequent issues. I appreciate having dependable oxygen support and would recommend TTlife to others looking for quality solutions.

I bought one for my Mom. She couldn't handle the oxygen tank from the rental company when she wanted to get out of the house. Now she is not as tied down and hasn't stopped thanking me yet. I found the product to be good quality, easy to use, and light. The company is easy to deal with, and we are very happy with our purchase.

I purchased the NT-06 oxygen concentrator as I need help constantly. Also, I got the extra battery pack.
Everything arrived as expected and customer service was really helpful in answering any question.
The equipment works really well and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an oxygen concentrator.

I had to return the oxygen concentrator I received unopened, because I no longer had a need for it. After being treated by a vet for several months, my sweet little cockatiel was still having breathing issues, so my vet suggested I order an oxygen concentrator to assist him in getting enough oxygen. Sadly, within 15 hours of placing my order, my bird passed away. I immediately contacted the company to see if the order could be canceled, but the machine was already on its way. They told me that I could return it unopened after it arrived. The process took a few back and forth emails, as well as a little time, but the company was helpful and reassuring all along the way. I was able to send the machine back unopened and got my money reimbursed, minus a ten percent handling fee, which I thought was very reasonable. Per my experience, I believe they are an honest and professional company.

We purchased a unit for my dad who has ILD. We realized that the unit would not be sufficient as my dad is requiring additional oxygen support. We have contacted this company via email numerous times with bogus responses. The newest is they are on vacation. I am getting ready to dispute through my bank. The product has never been opened and we just want a refund. They say they will email return address instructions and never get anything. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are awful.

Everything is okay since we started using it. It worked great right out of the box. So far completely satisfied with this product

horrible customer service. voicemail is full and they keep going round and round. they ask questions and you cannot reply as it's a 'do not reply' email address. I've gone round and round for several days on a unit that overheats and the motor runs loud. My doctor recommended this but I'm going to return it and find somewhere else that has good customer service. However since their communication is sooooo bad I'm not sure how I will be able to return it. I think I will file a claim thru my credit card.

THIS IS A LIE. THEY JUST SENT ME YET ANOTHER TIP TO FIX THE NOISE ISSUE. THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT IT IS OVER HEATING. IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A WORKING EMAIL ADDRESS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

What terrible customer service, You sent me a device that you agree does not work and you state above that you were replacing the unit which was a lie. and now you want me to pay to ship it back to you while you fix it, All the while I am without oxygen, Yeah no, Try again to make this right, Keeping lying and I will keep posting the truth.

When the product arrived the Fail LED was on. Checke the Fuse- OK. Removed the Power Socket and found a wire lug was loose. Maybe got loos during transit. Reconnected and the machine is working perfect. It has made a great difference on my 100 year old mother diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure wich causes low oxigen level. The unit performs excelent and it a great value. Got prommt support from manufacturer. Thanks

Easy to order good product good price (especially when they have periodic sales) quiet machine, helps when my 89-year-old husband has low energy

I bought the NT-2 based on a friend's recommendation. It's quieter than I expected and the buttons are really easy to use. It's powerful, detects my breathing, and gives me enough oxygen so I can breathe easily. The battery lasts a long time so I never have to worry about running out of oxygen.

I purchased a portable concentrator from this company for my older brother that has COPD. By the time it arrived, I no longer needed it. I have tried numerous times to get the shipping address to send it back. I followed their instructions and emailed them the next day. I received a reply but no address to return the item. I again explained the situation, as it is still in the original packaging, and received another email offering a discount to keep it. Now, for the third time I sent another email requesting an address and no response within the 12 hours they state on their website. I’ve tried calling the two numbers listed in their website and no one answers. I would recommend no one ever use this company.
EDIT... I am now being asked by the company to take down my review and I still have not received a shipping address to return the item. So, far my opinion is only getting worse.

The TTLife oygen concentrator has allowed me to get out more and be be more independent. It has a great shoulder strap and is light weight enough to carry.

I bought the 101W Home model for night time use only and so far so good with it. It has helped me with my oxygen stats at night and I have been sleeping better. They shipped it out a couple days after I ordered it and normal time getting to me. The noise from it is normal and the only thing that is loud is the bubbling water in the water tank. So far I like it!

update on my review from May 27, 2024. When the company contacted me on the return (as they said they did) it was a ridiculous double talking offer where they were actually trying to bribe me to remove my previous review. I didn't believe that I could trust that they would live up to their return offer after I went and removed the review because of the difficulty and extensive runaround they had previously given me. Because of experience I received and (what I believe to be) a dishonest practice to get negative reviews removed I would never recommend this company to anyone. Upon further trie to use the products received from this company they have proved to be completely useless and a waste of money.

This NT-05 machine is small and lightweight, very suitable for carrying when going out, and it is easy to operate, even my 65-year-old dad can use it easily

Well I’ve been using the machine off and on since I received it and so far so good.what I did not like is I did not receive the lighter adapter.I had to purchase this from Amazon.and it did say it was included.
