We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. However, we couldn’t find any recent orders under the name "Mark" from Texas in our system, especially not for the amount of $279.

If you truly placed an order with us, please provide us with your order number or at least the email address used at checkout so we can look into this immediately. Without valid order information, we have no way to verify your claim.

We have carefully reviewed the order information you provided via email and confirmed the details.

Upon receiving your message, we immediately contacted FedEx to investigate the situation. Unfortunately, we verified that the package was mistakenly delivered and signed for at an incorrect address on May 22. We understand this has caused significant inconvenience and regret the outcome.

As the error has resulted in an unrecoverable loss for both parties, we would like to offer a solution: we can reship a new unit to your correct address, and we kindly ask that you cover only $50–$60 to help offset the shipping and handling costs.

Please let us know if you’re willing to proceed with this option. Once we receive your confirmation, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible to support your upcoming trip to Indiana.

Please note that once an order is placed, our system automatically processes and ships it quickly, so we’re unable to cancel it once it’s been dispatched. We appreciate your understanding. If you no longer wish to receive the product, you can simply refuse the delivery when it arrives — it will be returned to us, and we’ll handle it from there.

The 16-cell battery is designed to provide up to 6 hours of use, but the usage time may vary depending on the flow rate. Higher flow settings will increase power consumption and reduce battery life. For instance, at higher flow rates, the battery will last less than 6 hours.
