Overall it was great! I was happy with the destination. I appreciated the public transportation from the airport. I was happy with almost all the prepaid activities. The only one we didn’t do was going to the production of Mama Mia. I was disappointed so much of our budget went to those tickets. This is our second pack up and go trip, and we’ve been booked into hotels in downtown locations. These are neighborhoods that we don’t generally want to spend a lot of time in. It would be be nice to stay in quirkier neighborhoods that aren’t the central business district.

We had a good time though!

My husband and I had so much fun and the mystery of it was the best part! We didn’t have to decide or do any research on the location and what to do once we arrived at our destination. The extra things that were planned or recommended was a great incentive to using pack and go as well! Highly recommend, will be doing every 1-2 years!

When I found out my flight was cancelled on the way home Pack and go called the airline on my behalf and submitted a reimbursement request. I really appreciated this so I could continue to enjoy my trip.

Overall, they planned a fun trip. The lodging and experiences were great. Would recommend and can’t wait to another trip!

This is our second trip with Pack Up & Go and it was equally as memorable as the first. Despite an initial hiccup which the service team quickly resolved with minimal interruption, it was a great trip! They really took our preferences into consideration. The whole trip was wheelchair accessible, restaurant reservations went smoothly, and the room was top notch. Thanks for a great vacation!

I (51F) used Pack Up + Go for the first time for a short trip with my mom (73F) for her birthday. We both love surprises, so it was great to not know the location, yet have plenty of stuff planned. They booked a couple of excursions and made dinner reservations for us. It was clear that someone local had planned the trip. Thank you so much!

This was our 2nd trip with Pack up and Go. The first trip was driving and this one was flying. Both experiences have been excellent. They always book things to do that we would never think of (or maybe wouldn't do to treat ourselves), but would enjoy. We went on a donut tour which felt like it was picked just for me and a brewery tour which felt like it was picked just for my husband. There are always one or two things planned a day which allows you to fill in if you want to do more or relax if you don't want to cram every minute with things to do. The lists provided of other things to do or places to eat are helpful if you want to do more (like we do). Having a dinner reservation each night is wonderful and the restaurants chosen are always great. I would highly recommend travelling this way. For us it is a stress-free vacation.

We had the best time! There was enough things planned and enough room for us to choose what we’d like to do from the recommendation list they provided to fill the gaps to maximize our time away. They helped us celebrate 20 years of marriage with a rose pedal entrance at our hotel and the perfect dinner venue. I’m already planning the next trip and telling everyone to do so as well! Highly recommend!!!

The surprise was planned perfectly to our liking! The drive was beautiful and the events were right up our alley. The lodging was a charming bed and breakfast with the kindest hosts and savory breakfasts. Will definitely be doing this again!

Who knew there was so much culinary variety in Philadelphia?! Loved the food tour that was scheduled for us. Plus, we hit the historical highlights over our long weekend.

We had a wonderful time in Boston! It was the perfect combination of planned activities and free time. I loved not having to do a lot of planning.

We had such a great time on our Pack Up +Go trip to Austin. The list of things to do provided was our go to each day. We especially enjoyed the Secret Food Tour and our tour guide, Molly, was so knowledgable and fun to spend the afternoon with. Lillian from Pack Up + Go was so helpful when our flight was cancelled. we are normally the beach/coastal goers so this was a outside the norm for us BUT we had a blast. We also were able to hit up a "beach" off lake Michigan! This was to celebrate as a "mini-moon" after our wedding, at check out the hotel asked if we received our champagne and chocolate package at check in which we did not so they adjusted. Chicago was great and everything was planned out perfectly. Dinners were perfect and boat tour was awesome.

I have been on 2 Pack up and Go trips. Both exceeded my expectations. I love the excitement leading up to the trip. My trip was thoughtfully planned, the accommodations were top tier. Looking forward to my next trip.

We booked a short road trip and everything was perfect! The town they chose for us to travel to, the accommodations, the planned activity and the dinner spot were all great and met our preferences. The added info you get (additional activities, restaurants, etc.) were spot on and helped us choose when we didn't have something planned. It was so fun not to know where we were going until the day of departure! Amd then knowing support was just a phone call away if something went awry, was so helpful. (Nothing did and we didn't need to call.)

This is my second Pack Up & Go trip. I am very impressed and pleased with my experience. I like that the survey you fill out is their guideline and they truly take into account your answers. Communication is excellent via emails or you can reach them 24/7 if you have issues. The hotel was in a perfect location for our planned activities. The information packet and accompanying email is nicely detailed and overflowing with great options for food and activities. Fill out the survey and relax - your trip is in good hands.

Our time in Chattanooga was amazing! Most of all, I loved the thrill of the buildup to finding out where we were going a half hour before we left. I kept my Facebook friends on the edge of their seat and went live with the reveal. A couple people guessed Chattanooga based on distance (we had been asked if we'd drive 6.5 hours and I said yes).
Hotel was beautiful and close to all activities. Dinner reservations were good choices but highly recommend Scotties on the River. I think it was on the list of recommendations. We canceled our third reservation and ate at Scotties instead. Great venue and food was amazing. Our prepaid guided Chattabrunch food tour and Lookout Mountain Rock City tour were both really fun and informative.
My one and only downside was I'd rather stay in a less expensive hotel and have you spend more of the budget on activities. I think I selected "no preference" on accommodations but knowing NOW how much extra money we had to spend, I'll specify that next time. Hotel Indigo was absolutely a special treat for us, but we spent SO much extra money to do things. We even found a Vince Gill concert to go to at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium near our hotel.
One thing about activities in downtown Chattanooga - its hard to find parking!
We loved going through the 3 pages of recommendations! Great ideas. Oh, add Coker Museum (Mr. Coker has a huge collection of old cars that was fun to look at) and Clumpies Ice Cream (delicious). We did both of those based on recommendations from friends after I posted where we were going on Facebook. We stopped at Buc-ee's in Smiths Grove, KY on the way home as our pit stop. Had never been to one but absolutely loved it! Use Buc-ee's as a pit stop when you can. And there is a Corvette Museum near Smiths Grove in Bowling Green, KY that we drove past. We didn't stop but I want to go back. Just some more ideas for you.
