Helpful staff.

The staff member was very helpful and understanding and spent time sorting my problem without charge.
As a serior citizen, I am reliant on people to understand that I am not IT savvy and that is very much appreciated.

New phone case and screen protector

I went into pair to get a new phone case and I got a clear case and I got asked very politely by the shop assistant Daniel if I needed a new screen protector and I said yes, Daniel proceeded to go to the back of the counter and show me two screen protectors, one glass and one rubber, he described how the rubber one would have less cracks on it if I dropped the phone and went for it to try it for myself, Thank you Brendan and Daniel for your wonderful customer service 👍

Very good and reliable crowd

Great experience, the screen was replaced on the spot. It took a bit longer than what was advertised on the website (an hour and half instead of the expected 45 minutes) but I guess they were just busy with other repairs. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service

Excellent service, Friendly staff. Generous with their time and their service. Located on floor 2M next to Calvin Klein in between floors 3 and 2. Use the escalators in the middle of Dundrum centre to access.

I had something stuck in my speaker and…

I had something stuck in my speaker and they took it out free of charge and it was very quick. Very nice and polite. I went to Nihad in Dundrum. 10/10 customer service. 100% recommend. Regina was also very lovely and nice. She helped me pick a very lovely case for my phone as well.
