The fine folks at Pantry Paratus offer ONLY products that they can personally recommend, so I know that I am buying the best of the best. And all it takes it a quick conversation with Chaya at Pantry Paratus to help me select the best products for ME. When I chatted with Chaya a few weeks ago, she steered me to the less expensive pressure canner of the two that I was considering to buy. How many other business owners will try to get you to spend LESS money? Needless to say, I'm a customer for life!

Great products and impressive people!
I couldn't be happier with Pantry Paratus. They are a great company and offer great products but, the thing that really sets Pantry Paratus apart, is the management. My order had some delays shipping (due to the supplier) and Chaya was responsive, attentive, and altogether a great person to work with. Early on, it was very clear that she really cares about her customers. Though you never hope to run into problems, this is when you can best tell a company's merit. Pantry Paratus and their dedication to their customers is top notch; I couldn't recommend them any more highly.

Great Customer Service.
My first purchase with Pantry Paratus did not go as planned because some product was damaged in shipping. However, Chaya took care of me and resolved the issue. No body is perfect. No company is perfect. But, what we want is a company that will stand by their customers. I WILL absolutely buy from Pantry Paratus again. Great company.
