I love this business on so many levels! First, they offer products that you can't find in the box stores and the quality of merchandise is exceptional. Second, in this day where "customer service" means pushing buttons on the phone or speaking to someone half a world away, P.P. has stayed true to caring about the customer. It's like talking to a friend. Finally, there are the blogs. Both informative and entertaining, the blogs have become some of my favorite reading. If they were put into a book, it would be a best seller. Pantry Paratus, you'll always be part of my family!

First class operation
I was very impressed with my most recent transaction (and past ones). I always get clear answers about products when I have a question. I never feel dumb for asking because PP is so eager to help. And the products are top notch and make my efforts so much easier and so much more efficient.
