I bought Samsung A71 here. Very good price. Shops either don't sell this phone or are overpriced. I bought it for €360. Littlewoods was €570, currys €500. Mind-blowing.
Ordered Wednesday evening, arrived Tuesday evening. No damage, works fine.
Why one star down? Neither phone or package were damaged, but considering that technology are delicate I wished if they wrapped it in bubble wrap. Especially after the many negative reviews here about damaged packaging. Another thing, when I turned on phone it was in Polish. I mean nice guess but no. If I order from .ie I want the English version. This is also EU model not UK. Therefore no UK samsung plug, BUT adapter was provided for free.
Other than that fully satisfied, especilly biting my teeth while waiting for my order after reading reviews online. Recomended.

Second time (in five years) I have bought from Komplett, I ordered a laptop Wednesday evening, it arrived Monday afternoon, it is perfect and a very good price, I will have no hesitation to use them again.
First time PC buy
Bought a few components through Komplett and I realized I needed a PSU with a higher wattage. I ended up chatting to Peter who was incredibly helpful. Really good customer services with fast replies that were helpful! Couldn't recommend any more!
A good experience with Komplett
I was looking to buy a gaming pc for a while now, and i came across Komplett.ie and i am glad i did. With Brexit it was really hard to get anything to Ireland as we had to pay import charges. So i gave Komplett an email in relation to the PC i wanted, i got a replay back off Peter, and if it wasn't for his help i don't think i would have been brave enough to make the purchase, any questions i had he answered. I ended up ordering the PC and it arrived in under a week, with all tracking info and times. I had a really good experience and would definitely order again.

Bought a Wacom drawing tablet online Tuesday night. Delivered to Ireland Sat am, as expected. Goods perfect. Price 70 euro cheaper than Irish suppliers. After ordering, saw poor reviews. Writing this as my experience, communication & delivery was excellent.
NO DELIVERY
I placed an expensive order for computer components. A week later, I got an email from Fastway, their courier saying that the delivery was made. They can't provide proof that the delivery was made. There were two people in the house and the doorbell works. There was no delivery made at the time stated by their courier.
In the past year, since courier conditions have changed, we have had numerous deliveries to our address. Some have been for expensive items, ie, over €500, as was this one. In all cases:
- I have had to sign electronically
- Confirm that the addressee lived in the house and would sign for a package on their behalf
- Face to face confirmation from the courier and no signature
None of these examples happened on Monday 22nd, March.
Since then, despite numerous emails and phone calls, I haven't received any contact from Komplett, apart from their saying that the matter is "under investigation."
I am taking legal advice for NON DELIVERY of goods.

Disgusting service
I purchased a Euro 1,300 Laptop from Komplett on the 11th March21 with a 19 day lead time, on the 19th day I received an email saying there was a delay and it will be shipped on the 20th day, on the 24th day I called them to find out where my laptop was, I was informed that it was still going to take ANOTHER 2 MONTHS!!, requested a refund, avoid at all costs
Very good buy - huge recommendation!
I was quite concerned after reading reviews on Trustpilot, but there was absolutely no problem with my order. Got confirmation immediately, shipped next day and arrived few days after. Price for laptop was much, much lower than anywhere else and they offer additional warranty year after Lenovo warranty expires.
Update:
Few days after my order, they had a sale for the laptop I bought. I sent them an email, more out of a joke, if they can do my order at discounted price and they actually did. Saved me 100€ which they really didn't have to - I can't describe how positively suprised I am with that and the way they do their business.

Package was in bits when it got to me. Had to email them 2 different times asking when my product would be sent out and then got very slow reply’s , delivery times are not as they are posted on the website. Probably won’t be ordering again

I don't usually write reviews. But I came on here before I ordered something and I seen a few negative ones. I just want to say my product came in rapid time and it's perfect. I saved nearly 25 quid on a product that only cost 150 which is great.

Ive seen alot of poor reviews for Komplett but took a chance on them. Ordered a laptop sunday. Arrived from Germany on Thursday. Full tracking online. Delivered by Fastway. Zero problems. Excellent service. Update: European plug in the box. No UK/Irish 3 pin version. Have been in contact with customer service, they replied within 24 hours and are sending repalcement.
They are selling goods which are not in stock. Ignoring your massages.
I bought computer monitor from them, paid €400. Few days later their system says the item is actually is not in stock and expected back in one month time. I have contacted them for the refund, but they simply ignoring my massages. I recommend you to avoid this company or at least contact them before you pay for the item. PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!!

Purchased a defective monitor in December
Purchased a monitor ( Acer KG271) in December, came out of the box with a green pixel, then went away so I gave it time. Came back a month later, sent it for repair and it got damaged in transit. Komplett refused a repair or replacement because the original packaging wasn't used, and their chosen courier smashed my monitor. Kompletts customer service was beyond unempathetic. Have had issues with them before but this was the last straw. Never using their services again.

We purchased a computer from Komplett before Christmas. It arrived about two weeks later than planned but that was expected with Covid and Brexit implications. We had ongoing emails from Komplett keeping us informed of its location. The computer is of excellent quality and we are happy customers.
Poor customer service and questionable practices
I ordered a computer case from Komplett.ie. The case arrived on time but without the top panel, the box was also damaged just beside the top panel as if someone had reached in to get it out. I wrote to customer service immediately about this and got an auto reply stating they would be in touch within 2 days. It took them a week to reply. They then requested that i fill in a returns form on their website and it may be accepted, this reponse marked the issue resolved by customer service.
"After completion of the form your request will be reviewed. Upon acceptance you will receive a link to arrange UPS collection of your product and print a return label.
This service ticket will be marked resolved. Upon completion of the returns form, you will receive a new return reference number. "
At this time i had built the pc as i needed it for work. I believe komplett knew the product wasnt complete and waited to respond knowing that the part was most likely needed and to return the whole case after a week would be very inconvenient. After stating my dissatisfaction with this outcome, i recieved a very sarcastic message from their customer service rep stating
"Dear Daire.
Sorry to hear that. I wish you a great day nevertheless.
Kind regards,"
To order the part myself will cost just over 30 euro on the cooler master website with shipping included. Ive left a review on their website about this but it hasnt been displayed. Very disappointing experience with this website as a whole, would recommend anyone to stay away.
Mislead on courier, DHL does not handle thier orders from warehouse to door
I was in the market for a new PC peripheral and decided upon Komplett after some window shopping across several sites.
I settled on Komplett for two reasons
1) 3-5 day delivery window
2) Use of DHL Courier
For me, DHL is a solid courier in my area, and have had many good experiences with them over the last year. (it varies for us all though).
I ordered my item a little over two weeks ago, and upon receiving the dispatch email I saw that it was going to be handled partway by DHL and would then be handed to a local courier. (The Netherlands to Ireland)
Upon checking this out I saw that the local courier was Fastway.ie, and if you know anything about fastway then you know how un-trustworthy they are and have a long history of cowboy drivers who take packages. Now not all of them but, personally I've had awful experiences and their Trustpilot score tells you all you need to know. It's a risk to trust them.
I'm giving Komplett this 1/5 because they don't state this pre sales. I had expected a solid service but instead I had to keep an eye on Fastway and of course, they had a lot of trouble finding my address. If I had not been watching them, reaching out to them. Fastway would have taken my parcel, luckily, due to my own time spent, I got my parcel this time.
So if you are in Ireland, and preparing to give Komplett a sizeable and valuable order. Be very careful.
I filed a complaint with Komplett and won't bother ordering from them in the future for misleading information and partnering with a dodgy courier service.
Bad customer service!
I’ve ordered two items but unfortunately they stopped working. I contacted them and they said I can have it repaired because the items are still under warranty. I’ve been waiting for weeks and they keep finding new excuses. First they told me the website is not working so they can’t provide me with the courier label, then they said the courier is not delivering so they’re going to give me another label for a different service and now they’re ignoring me completely. I’ve been trying to sort it out for weeks and nothing. Very poor costumer service and they way they treat their existing costumers is unacceptable! I will never order from them again.

Beställde en vara på rabatt, det skickar ut fel och ser ut som en använd demo produkt av ett helt annat märke.
Då säger dom att det tyvärr inte är returrätt på demo ex...
Suttit och skrivit med dom nu i över två veckor utan att det leder någon vart. Ett misstag av dom som kostar mig tusenlappar ser det ut som.
