Lying scammers
They photographed my Mum pulling out of my parking space and claimed she was parked in the middle of the road. They rejected the appeal. I look forward to them attempting to take my Mum to court, as the photos they took clearly show the car in two different places, proving it was moving! Absolute cowboys!

They sneakly waited for me to leave my car and within 2 minutes they put a ticket on my car, when I went to drop of urgent medication for my palliative mother who required a specific dosage and a specific time. I arrived at 6.36pm and ticket time is 6.38pm.
I got back to my car at 6.40pm.

I paid to park at Royal Wharf for 24hours at around 2pm on a Saturday at a cost of £20.00! only to be surprised with a ticket on my windscreen at 05:00am the next morning, when my ticket didn't expire until 2pm that day, some 9 hours later!
I appealed on-line and they rejected appeal! appealed again, after waiting 14 days and still nothing! had to chase them again - wasted MY time and effort and then they just 'casually say' the ticket has been cancelled! IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ISSUED IN THE FIRST PLACE, SO THEY HAVE THE FRIGGIN AUDACITY TO SAY IT'S BEEN CANCELLED, AFTER MAKING ME APPEAL TWICE! MAKING ME DO ALL THE LEG WORK AND THEY ARE SITTING THERE JUST IGNORING LEGITIMATE APPEALS! Was Parked in a bay on my Site with a virtual permit with the Original number plate Registerd on the PCM system, updated my car to a New private plate a day ago and forgot to update on the PCM system.
Had a ticket the same evening and Realised what had happened and updated on the PCM system right away. appealed the decision explaining what had happen and that I was member of staff at the site,The Appeal was still rejected.
stating the car was parked on a private land and it had breached terms and conditions!!!,I assumed this type of company's were hired to make sure unauthorized vehicle do not park on private land...

Owner parked in their own parking space and get PCN
Seriously is this a joke!? I am the owner of the parking space, and this company is sending me a PCN because my permit is dropped off and not in the wind screen, I have send them my lease proofing I am the owner of the space, and they don't let me appeal? So why am I paying to purchase a parking space at the first place!?
Funny enough, there's 2 cars previously parked on our space, and we took photo and email to management company and they said they cannot do anything. And now me, the owner parker on my own parking space and you guys issue me a notice and not letting me to appeal? SERIOUSLY???

No picture available of parking offence after 1 month
Parking control management doesn’t appear to follow the parking regulation. If you have a disabled badge in full view they still issue a parking ticket of £100. Why can’t you pay by credit card?
Parking warden constantly try’s his luck
Residence of Renvo are given parking tickets for parking in VP even though we had a letter to state no monitoring will be taken place before September 1st.
Since then we have an app to monitor parking and residents are still getting tickets as parking warden doesn’t check the app and will display a ticket. Meaning residents are having to appeal, warden is rude and will park in someone bay blocking them from using it whilst working, can tell he is on commission.

The most awful parking company you could ever come across, and this review is also aimed at the companies that put them in place. Shame on all of you.
They are money thieving scammers and do not deserve a penny from anyone. I've been in a dispute with them for 5 months over a space that I OWN and have a permit in my car for but they honestly couldn't care less. They don't respond to emails and don't even bother trying to get a hold of them on the phone...
Honestly if there is one company I'd like to see crash and burn to the ground its this one. If awful reviews could make a company go bust, this one would have gone a long time ago.
I wish I could say ignore them but they will hound and hound and hound you until they get their money and bring in multiple debt recovery businesses. If anyone knows any way we can put PCM out of business then pleaseeeee we have to do something about it!!

They dont desrve even 1 star..I got two tickets in 3 days to park in my own bay. I lost my parking permit for which i have informed the building management company way in advance to inform the parking company about the same and HML has confirmed that i wont get any ticket.If they can find your address and send you the penalty, they can also check in their system which address does the car belongs to. I appealed and reappealed but they rejected both times and forward it to the debt recovery company and obviously the bill has gone more then £300 which i havent paid and ready to face any sort. They dont want to listen to you and resolve the issue. If its a genuine mistake one wont mind paying but when its not your mistake at all why one would pay just to fill their pocket with your hard earned money.
They are just money suckers.
Absolute criminals
Absolute criminals, they do not care about anything other than trying to collect money at every opportunity. It does not matter if you OWN the parking spot, they are looking to fine residents (As the car parks are often gated). They will never accept mitigating circumstances in appeals.
Unfortunately I had already appealed but check out Money saving expert, they win most cases. If it happens again I will fight them in court. No idea why the recent legislation to fight these crooks got suspended but they should not be in business.

I am utterly disgusted in the treatment I have received from this company slough office. I was parked in St John's Court egham with a valid permit on my car. I am a carer for an elderly and very disabled lady who lives in St John's Court. I had done her shopping etc, and then was in the process of bringing her to the car in her wheelchair. I moved my car from.a visitor bay to her official parking bay which was nearer the door and empty as she has no car. In the time it took me to go jnside and get her in the wheelchair I had received a parking fine . I wrote several times to pcm explaining the situation and that I do have a permit. I told pcm I am this old ladies only link to the outside world . They couldn't care less. They are cold hearted people . I had to pay £100 . I am so upset as i did have a permit !!! I was doing a good deed for a disabled elderly person and this is what I get. Pcm I hope karma come back to you. Insidentaly this old lady is now very.poorly . Not that pcm could care less
