TL:DR- If a bay is unmarked, it doesn't mean it's free to park in.

Communications from the company are awful, just saying "wasn't parked with a valid permit" forces you to waste your appeal to just find out basic information about why a penalty was issued.

My recent encounter with Parking Control Management UK Limited was utterly disgraceful and left me seething with frustration. Despite abiding by what I believed were the correct parking regulations as a visitor to the area, I was slapped with an unjustified parking ticket.

During my visit, I was given assurances that my vehicle had been properly registered as a guest and was entitled to park for the duration of my stay. However, upon returning to my vehicle, I was astounded to find a parking ticket issued by Parking Control Management UK Limited. What's more, the confidence of assurance given to me shattered, leaving me feeling betrayed and humiliated.

It's outrageous that despite following the supposed rules diligently, I was still penalized unjustly. The lack of transparency and decency exhibited by Parking Control Management UK Limited is simply appalling.

Their actions not only demonstrate incompetence but also a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and fairness. It's a disgrace that a company entrusted with managing parking facilities operates with such blatant disregard for integrity and respect for visitors.

This experience has not only caused me immense frustration but also tarnished my perception of Parking Control Management UK Limited. I strongly urge them to reevaluate their policies and prioritize ethical conduct over unjustifiable profit-seeking tactics.

I am considering reporting this matter to Trading Standards and exploring legal avenues to hold Parking Control Management UK Limited accountable for their shameful actions.

They probably wait for you to leave the car and fine you quickly as it doesn’t make sense how they could do it as driver left my car for only 2 minutes. Check the bush nearby before you park to avoid being fine by this company.

Day light robbery taking them to court

I spoke to one of their customer service team at today, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Despite being on hold for some time, the gentleman I spoke to was incredibly helpful. Not only did he patiently address my inquiries, but he also provided valuable information on obtaining passes. His knowledge and willingness to assist made the entire process seamless and efficient.

Keep issuing tickets outside the zoned area. In the zoned area not 1 out of the 9 signs are correct. They display inforcment 24/7 365, but reality is mon-fri 9am-5pm. No signs saying Where zone starts or finishes, which goes against there own code of conduct and the minimum requirements of the offlyated bodies they are members of. This company is stating to affect my wellbeing after 3 years of harassment, a ccj over £1200 and countless sleepless night all because I have chosen to park legally. This company is a rouge on company with no morals or honesty.

Vile, money scrounging parasites is all I can say

Scammers- this company will Rob you blind - beware. The "independent" appeal is NOT independent- they were given an ASBO at one stage by Windsor & Berkshire Council.
If you have done nothing wrong let the parasites take you to court.

Absolute scam of a company. Giving me 4 parking tickets the week I move into my property for parking in MY OWN SPACE. I had my permit displayed on my windscreen, however a tiny part of the bottom was cut off due to it being tucked in, you could still see 95% of the pass but they claimed it was unreadable and damaged. I immediately contacted them to appeal but got no where. They reject every appeal and have no remorse. £240 in fines for parking in my own space that belongs to my flat is criminal. How do they get away with this??? Must be scum to work for a company like that.

Despite the right to park, issued to my vehicle for one month at Discovery Dock East E14 in 2021 paid upfront to Your Parking Space, this private parking firm (PCM) has since alleged that a PCN was issued for parking. No PCN was ever received and in any event the contravention did not occur as it was prepaid for one month. The scam is that they use a highly dubious "lawfirm" who does not respond to emails either and whose people cannot be reached by phone, called Gladstones. Gladstones obtain a default CCJ as the vehicle owners address is knowingly not correct (they do not have access to DVLA database) and in my case two years later. They then use an enforcement company called "Empira" owned by the same director and operating from the same premises as Gladstones to extract vast sums of money claiming an unpaid PCN from years earlier. Most people will pay up rather than riskm their vehicle being seized. It is a perfect scam. Still, after two years of asking Gladstones, they are yet to produce evidence of the PCN issued by PCM. PCM never have responded to their listed email address

Got a ticket for parking in my own building on the day I moved in, was moving my stuff inside then got ticketed. I tried to appeal saying it wouldn’t happen again and was only because I had just moved in because I have the correct permit.

I got told I breached violations so they won’t drop the charge. Also making someone pay a fine that quickly for a lower amount feels predatory to those who can’t afford to pay straight away. A wonderful company in conclusion…

Hope this company goes into liquidation ASAP. Vile. Literally turned around in a non parking street (was still in the car) to grab my friend who was waiting on the side of the road and got £60 fine - Was there for a matter of seconds. My foot is even on the brake lights in the pictures. I am self employed and super sick right now, with multiple trips to hospital, so not working - hope you enjoy the money you cretins.

I got a parking charge because I accidentally put back the permit upside down when come back from holiday. I know all my bad. Appealed hoping can be dismissed as I parking on my bay for more than 1 year and my car has been checked many times and always followed all the rules. I have a right parking permit and attached to my claim. But appeal rejected. no humanity at all. I wish the same treatment from the life to everyone who "worked" hard to charge me and who rejected that. I hope you enjoy my 60£... you better of spending that one to develop an online system and we can get rid of the paper disk with that its never happening. it's 21th century...

The owner of PCM UK, Ian Cordingley, has been described by the metropolitan police as an ongoing danger to the public. This man has been reported for domestic violence, the rape of a vulnerable young girl, was cautioned for carrying a bladed weapon and possession of drugs. He is a racist and supporter of the English Defence League and has posted anti Islamic material and racist materials online, he should not be allowed to obtain residents home address details or work with housing associations. We have had a dumped vehicle in our flats for nearly a year. This was not a problem until the other parking bay next to mine was rented out. Now I cannot park and I have been liaising with PCM with 13 emails but they have chosen to ignore me since October. I would not trust this company to manage a Fisher Price car park.

I got ticketed for a few minutes parking and delivering some heavy items to my heavily pregnant sister who also has multiple sclerosis. Due to the parking bays being to far from her front door I had no choice but to park outside at an astronomical charge.

Pretty much the worst. Not that one would expect a parking debt collector to ever have high reviews but still, these guys suck.

They are the biggest robbers I have come across. I had not received the permit they gave me the ticket for not displaying the temporary code. The temporary code was on written on a small piece of paper which slipped.

This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK. They run a scam scheme and should be reported to ICO, CPS, HMRC and other institutions for reporting fraud. If like me you have been scammed by these cowboys, time to stop it. All complaints count.

I’ll start by saying be very careful if driving into an estate with a private car park run by this company!
I have recently received a pcn from them stating that I was parked in a No waiting area ,
The fact is that I was just dropping a resident back to her property and was actually in the road outside her block of flats for no longer than 18 seconds.
Of course I appealed this decision as it is ridiculous that they would or could class 18 seconds as parked as the pcn originally stated,The photographic evidence clearly shows myself and the resident pull up in the road and within 4 photographs her get out of the car then I drive away.As stated in many other reviews No one gets a successful appeal with this company and all they use are bullying tactics of threats that fines will increase and bailiffs will be passed your details and you will end up in court .
I was told in the return letter from pcm that there is no waiting on their sites as this is deemed parking and to drop someone off I should park in a bay, of which I’m sure not many people would ever consider doing to drop somebody off from your vehicle.
I would also say now that there are no cameras on this site as far as myself and the residents are aware which is where I will say again be careful as it has been noticed that the company actually prompt residents to send in anonymous photos of people pulling up on the private estate to send in so they can be fined, What the residents that would do this gain from this I don’t know,
All in all it seems like a legal scam that companies like these can bend the rules and regulations to extort money from the general public ,
Hopefully one day regulators will look deeper into these companies and they will have to change their practices
