Tom at Partners Financial Services has been absolutely incredible with helping us with our first mortgage. From the beginning he has been knowledgeable, patient, understanding and approachable. He answered our (many) questions, talked us through our options and explained the process. His customer service is second to non and made a stressful process that bit easier. We would defiantly recommend and will use again in the future.

As first time buyers, my husband and I were quite naive to the process but Tom equipped us with all the knowledge we needed to make an informed choice on what mortgage to choose. We found the WhatsApp group a really great way to communicate. Tom was super friendly and made the process very smooth, we would highly recommend.
