Tom helped us with our life insurance. As first time buyers we were unsure where to even start with this process. Endless patience shown to me throughout the process of selling my house and getting a mortgage. Despite the process being quite fraught on my side (one sale fell through), Tom dealt with every bump in the road very calmly and made the mortgage side of buying a house the easiest part. Very accessible, explains everything, always has a solution!

As a first time buyer, I think it's fair to say that I had very mixed feelings looking to buy. I was excited (obviously), but pretty stressed about this new, opaque and incredibly risky feeling process. Adam was such a huge help throughout the entire process. Over several weeks he spent hours educating me on every step of the process, he gave me honest advice not to buy when rates didn't look good, he followed up with me several months later when rates had improved and now he's helped me get my first ever mortgage. The process was of course somewhat painful, but with Adam it always felt like I had someone in my corner

As first time buyers, we had lots of question. Also my employment is quite complex, with a mix of self employed, running a limited company and being paid salary. (I think in mortgage terms about of complex as it gets, especially as we had a lot of changes the last couple of years!)
