Fantastic customer service
Speaking with Adriana from the deliveries team over at Partridge was a sterling experience. I have ordered a company vehicle through a leasing company and was nervous around the frequency of updates on approach to my delivery date. The information, reassurance and transparency that were provided through our interaction with Adriana were second to none. Instantly, any concerns I had were alleviated and was armed more information than I could have hoped to obtain. Thank you so much for the 5* service!

New Company Vehicle
Have previously used Partridge for my new company vehicles and have found the user experience to be extremely friendly with great 2 way communication. Their staff are very knowledgeable, especially in relation to queries that I had with my new vehicle before i took delivery. Even the delivery of my new car was conducted very professionally. Overall a very pleasurable experience and would definitely recommend.

X3 was recovered to this dealership…
X3 was recovered to this dealership 15/2/26 following 2 tyre punctures caused by potholes. 2 very expensive tyres were fitted and the car collected. Unfortunately there was significant vibration between 50-70 mph. Took the vehicle to local KwitFit who found the wheels were over 40 grams out of balance. Upon complaining to Partridge BMW I was told their balancing machine was out of service so they may have been missed! Wow and this is a BMW dealer ! Shocking experience I would not recommend.
Latest update 5th March, the dealership contacted me and got the vehicle back in to check and organised replacement wheels, now fixed but should have been done in the first place. Great service from David Roberts, Thank You

Just taken delivery our approved used car from BMW at Southampton and could not be happier. Living 300 miles from Southampton, I was a bit unsure of buying a car that I have not seen in the flesh. James was happy to send multiple videos and photos of the car as it went through the prep process. He was always on hand to answer my numerous questions or concerns, even at the weekend. I would not hesitate in using Partridge BMW in the future. Excellent service from start to finish. Selling cars just how it should be done.

Great company! I ordered the car and was kept very well informed during the process. I had to change delivery address at short notice and they agreed to that, which was excellent. The delivery from their logistics company was very smooth and hand over excellent. The after care was also very good, and genuine! Would highly recommend.
