Great communications
My new iX3 is being delivered by Partridge on behalf of the lease company and the communication in the process from initial order to be now has been great. Adriana has been my point of contact and has been really helpful in answering any questions on specification and keeping me up to date with the production process.

Our daughter recently purchased a new car from here and we dealt with Mitchell. He was fantastic and made the whole experience really relaxed for her and managed to make the purchase not only positive but recognised and retained the excitement for her. My journey started at Snows BMW…
My journey started at Snows BMW Portsmouth. I contacted them with what was looking for. A few emails went back a forth, and then nothing. So I decided not to give them anymore of my time, so I travelled to partridge BMW and I sat with Seb. He gave me the attention I deserved. Seb knew what I wanted but suggested areas that thought would disappoint me compared to my previous car. So we went through a few options and we found a car perfect for me.
The whole process was streamlined and professional.
I will definitely be back here again when the time for a new vehicle arrives.

Went the extra mile
I brought a car from BMW partridge and can't speak highly enough of the service I received. Sebastian and the manager went the extra mile in helping me . He arranged to bring a car to me to test drive as I could not get there on the planned day and helped me in getting the right car . Nothing was too much trouble and I got a good deal on the car I eventually decided on. Thanks BMW for making the whole process a happy one . 😊

TBH me being a company car driver (have ordered the Neue Klasse iX3 via my employer's fleet operations team) I wasn't expecting to receive any information or updates regarding my order direct from the dealership.
I therefore was pleasantly surprised when Adriana from Partridge of Hampshire BMW reached out for a final confirmation of the specification before placing the order on the factory, and to provide both a preliminary delivery date & precis of next steps etc.
Would recommend Partridge BMW for serious consideration on this experience.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish
I took delivery of a brand new EV Mini today via Partridges corporate lease. Whilst awaiting my delivery I contacted the teams on a few occasions with different queries and their response time was fantastic. Despite being some 3 hours away from the dealership my vehicle was with me at 8:30am today and the delivery driver was great. However it was Izabela Lazi from the corporate team whom went above and beyond in helping me resolve issues I was having trying to charge publicly following two phone calls I’d made to Mini Assist; Despite it being early evening she was thorough in her trouble shooting and assured me despite their close of business time approaching, she would not finish her shift and leave me without a resolution. Thank you Izabela!

Unprofessional Sales Experience - Very Disappointing
I found a car via Autotrader which led me to Partridge. Unfortunately, the sales experience was extremely poor from start to finish.
The salesperson showed very little knowledge of the car – I ended up explaining its features to him. I placed a deposit and clearly explained I would be travelling abroad. While overseas, I was pressured to complete the purchase or risk losing both the car and my deposit, despite explaining I couldn’t use the payment link abroad. This pressure led me to cut my trip short and return early.
On arrival, I was then told additional, previously undisclosed fees were required. These were only waived after I challenged them and involved the Sales Manager, who apologised – but then handed me back to the same salesperson to complete the sale. I was also told one of the keys was broken and would be repaired later.
After less than 250 miles, the car broke down. The salesperson showed little interest, and support was minimal until I escalated the issue to the Head of Retail Sales - the only person to show any interest and actually read the emails being sent to him.
The car was bought in early November and rejected in the first week of January. In that time, I had the car for fewer than five days – it spent most of its time in the garage.
While cars can go wrong, the lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer care from both the salesperson and sales management was unacceptable. This experience has put me off buying another BMW altogether.

Poor service
I purchased a BMW 330d Touring from Partridge BMW Hampshire in November 2025, expecting the standards promised by the BMW Approved Used programme. What followed was one of the most professionally disappointing experiences I have encountered.
Before purchase, I sent a written enquiry specifically requesting confirmation of tyre brands and tread depths, as xDrive vehicles have strict rolling circumference tolerances. I was assured everything was compliant.
Upon collection, I discovered the vehicle had been supplied with mismatched tyres that exceeded the manufacturer's rolling circumference tolerance for the xDrive system—a configuration that poses a genuine risk to the transfer case and drivetrain.
I had to provide the dealership with the technical data myself and argue for several days before they finally acknowledged the error. This was not a cosmetic issue. This was a mechanical safety failure that should have been identified during their so-called "120-point inspection."
During handover, I was subjected to sustained pressure from multiple members of the sales team to award "10/10" scores in the post-sale customer survey. Specific references were made to staff bonuses and targets, creating an expectation of a flawless handover experience.
The reality was the opposite. The vehicle required immediate rectification for multiple defects including the tyre mismatch, a persistent clicking/creaking noise from the driver's door, and a missing M Sport wing badge.
The dealership confirmed in writing that an Inspection Service would be completed as part of the vehicle preparation. This was not carried out. When I challenged them weeks later, they initially argued it wasn't due until June 2026—despite their own written confirmation.
The vehicle was collected on 27 November 2025 and held for nearly two weeks. During this time, communication was poor and I was left in a loan car with no clear timeline.
On 10 December, the Service Retention Specialist emailed me with written confirmation that the door noise had been "fully resolved following extensive testing."
I collected the vehicle. The noise was still present—audible immediately upon driving, exactly as it had been before collection.
After weeks of further correspondence, I requested a 12-month warranty extension to provide reassurance given the preparation failures and the inability to resolve a straightforward door noise in two weeks of workshop time.
This was refused. The dealership eventually agreed to cover repairs at my local BMW centre—but only after I spent hours managing the administration that should have been their responsibility.
I escalated the matter to BMW UK Customer Services. After review by their "highest point of escalation," they made a meagre offer £200 of Approved Centre Credit as a "goodwill gesture."
This equates to less than the cost of a single service and does nothing to address the fundamental issue: I cannot trust that this vehicle was prepared to the standard promised.
If a dealership cannot identify a basic tyre compatibility issue—despite a specific written enquiry—and cannot resolve a door noise in two weeks of workshop time, the "120-point Approved Used inspection" is evidently a tick-box exercise.
I have been a BMW driver for years and expected better. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone who values transparency, competence, or customer care.
The sales team prioritised securing a 10/10 survey score over actually delivering a 10/10 experience.

Brand new car damaged. Partridge not interested
On December 10th Partridge BMW delivered our brand new car.
It was filthy on arrival as it was on an open transporter during grotty weather.
This in itself was not an issue, it does get pretty foul on the roads in the UK in December after all.
The problem this presented was that inspecting the car for damage accurately was limited by the car being heavily contaminated by road silt and slurry.
Two days after delivery I had a few minutes to wash the filth off the car and discovered damage to the front nearside wing. I immediately reported this to Partridge and the leasing company.
After apparently failing to acknowledge the complaint at all, on being chased, Partridge promptly refused to rectify the damage to the car.
I now have no choice but to enquire with the leasing company into rejection of the damaged car as I’m seriously unhappy with Partridge.
What a ridiculous situation to be in for the sake of a minor dent.
