Buying my new Mini
From start to finish, ordering my new MINI was an outstanding experience. The Partridge Mini motability expert Ricky was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I got exactly the right car for my needs. Nothing ever felt rushed or sales-driven — just honest advice, clear explanations, and excellent communication throughout the whole process.
Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and I was kept fully informed at each stage of the order. The attention to detail and level of customer care were exceptional, making what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.
Ricky truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear he takes real pride in both the MINI brand and his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Partridge Mini to anyone considering a new MINI — a first-class experience in every respect.

Used car purchase.
My wife and I recently purchased a used mini from Partridge Mini in Southampton. We were greeted at the showroom by friendly staff and taken to Ricky Lopes whom we had arranged to see about the car we were interested in. Ricky's service was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the car we had arranged to see and had it all ready for us to test drive. We felt under no pressure at any time. On return from the test drive we informed Ricky of our intention to purchase the vehicle. He took us through the whole purchase process quickly and efficiently, explaining all our options clearly and concisely. The whole process was very easy from our initial contact with Partridge to collecting the car a week later. I am very satisfied with our dealings with Partridge Mini and especially Ricky the salesperson.

Wonderful service from Ricky
Our experience at Partridge MINI was wonderful from day one up to the handover of the car. Ricardo Lopes was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and patient. We weren’t sure about what we wanted and he made sure to take time to explain pros and cons of each car for our circumstances and that was crucial for us to make a decision. Ricky was available to answer all of our questions and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Can’t recommend him enough if you’re planning to buy a car from this dealer.

Excellent service, support and expertise provided by Chris Holder at Mini Partridge.
Car was designed using their configurator & then we added on the body kit and options to create a really unique and great looking JCW.
Really pleased with the end result when it was delivered 14 weeks later.

From Mini Cooper to Mini Countryman
Just picked up my new countryman from partridge. TBH I was nervous about changing from my cooper s to a bigger car and an automatic! I shouldn’t have worried! Ricky Lopez guided me through the process and gave me so much confidence, he was brilliant from start to finish, and made the whole experience so easy, and fun. He helped to find me my dream car! Second mini we've purchased from Partridges at Chandlers Ford in the last 3 years. Received an excellent service from start to finish. Ricky Lopes was the salesman and he was very professional and courteous throughout and made us feel very valued. Great after sales service as well with any queries we raised. Test drive booking was so easy and confirmed with a call back that allowed for booking 2 vehicles for comparison purposes.
On arrival, reception was great. Everyone was really helpful and welcoming. Arrangements exactly as discussed and zero hassle.
Sale options were all clear and finance regulations handled.
Ben, sales rep, was immense throughout, going the extra yards to answer questions, provide accurate information and recommend. Always talking from a place of experience and expertise.

Trustworthy
I travelled 140 miles having spoken to a Sales representative at Partridges about a certain Mini for sale.
I was advised in detail about the car and felt confident making the trip to view it.
After the 2 + hour drive I met Jack Anderson Sharpe. What a genuine and helpful gentleman. He spent time showing me the car and guided me on a test drive. No question I asked was ignored.
I was shown in detail the service history and my queries over brakes and pads were comprehensively answered.
My experience is that the Company is pragmatic, honest and open.
Jack is an asset to the staff. I just wish they were closer to home!
