We have just bought a used Mini Cooper and l am very happy with it. Chris dealt with us and was extremely helpful and patient with my questions and concerns.
He was very efficient, explained everything clearly, offering helpful advice and managed the part exchange of my existing car and purchase of the new one smoothly.
I would definitely go to Partridge again.

The service my wife and I received from Partridge Mini has been first class in every way. We travelled from Bristol to see a couple of cars in the Southampton area and the attentive , friendly and professional approach from the GM ( Nick) and his team was perfect. We had the genuine pleasure of being dealt with by one of best Car sales people I have met over many years buying cars .Ricky Lopes certainly went above and beyond all expectation and that old adage of " people buy from people" is very valid in our purchase. He found the perfect balance and was more than happy to stay well after the dealership closed to ensure every element of the sale was covered. The follow up by e mail and phone plus the further assistance when I collected our new car has been fantastic. A big thank you to Ricky and the whole team - a great experience and a happy customer .

Briefly popped into Partridge and Rowan was very helpful. I did not buy this time but I will be back.

Rowan was extemely helpful and willing to go through all options in as much detail as we needed.

We’ve recently had a great experience at Partridge, upgrading our Mini countryman with help from Rowan.

We were approaching the end of our finance with our previous model, and Rowan reached out to us to discuss our options including telling us about a few new cars immediately available. He was friendly, informative and very importantly didn’t pressure us at all. We came in a couple of times to test drive, and Rowan was very patient with all our questions and also in helping entertain our almost 2 year old in the showroom!

Picking up the car we were made to feel very special, and Rowan had also arranged for a gorgeous soft toy dog for our daughter (she loves it!) We have now been enjoying our new vehicle for just over a week and we are loving it. Rowan has also been supportive of a few follow up questions we had.

The whole experience from initial phone call to taking our new vehicle home was quick, easy and seamless - thank you so much! Would highly recommend.

I would also add that this is our 3rd Mini and we have been using Partridge for all our servicing for almost 10 years - always fantastic.

Excellent choice of cars and top notch experience buying. Test driving was relaxed and important. The optional extras available were clearly explained but not overly sold so we felt comfortable throughout the decision making process. Ricky Lopes was a great facilitator. Overall a fun experience and the car is fabulous!
