I’ve ordered twice from Patio Paving, and their pricing is very competitive. The website is user-friendly, We enquired about quite a few products. Got immediate response and better prices from other suppliers. We mixed our orders and were offered free delivery on half load. I was kept informed about my orders and delivery dates, and the delivery team was extremely helpful both times. 5 star rating well deserved.

I ordered a slab of black limestone. Half of the tiles ordered had huge scratches on, and almost all of the tiles were uneven so patio is uneven. I sent 3 emails requesting a response to arrange a replacement or refund which were ignored. I called the office requesting a call back to discuss the issue and I was ignored and never received a call. The lady on the phone said it wasn't their problem as ive opened the pallet. Now I'm left with a ton of damaged limestone i need to take to the tip. Don't risk it and use another company.
