DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a laptop from here and have returned it because it wasn’t the model I wanted. When I enquire with them in regards to the returning process, they said that 20% will be deducted from my refund cause the package has been opened which is fair cause they couldn’t resell it after. I have agreed to return it anyways because it will be hard to resell from my end. Mind you, I have tried calling them and sending them emails and for some reason the number doesn’t even ring and it took them days to reply to my email. I had to keep following up with them and was so fed up because the laptop I bought was a big amount of money. After multiple of enquiries sent, they then call me and ask if I would like to return and if I agree to return, they will send me another email to submit my return. After submitting my return using the form they sent me, i asked them for a return label. They say they don’t offer return labels and that we would need to pay for our own label even though the person said they will supply the label for my return?? I paid for the return label which costed me 40$ since it’s Sydney to NZ. It has been more than 1 month since the package has reached NZ and the reason why I have gotten my refund back is because the company does not pay for the duty in order to clear customs. You would have to pay it which is ridiculous. So not only do I have no refund back, but had to pay for return label and duty with no response or follow ups from this company. If you want to enquire with them about an issue, forget it. It will take them days or even weeks to get back to you. Better to not purchase from them at all in the first place. Lesson learned.

I bought a grey import Samsung tablet through these guys, a model Samsung don't sell in Australia. I'd never heard of the company but my chatbot recommended them as a much better option than a random amazon reseller for such things. I'm a happy customer.

I purchased from PB Tech Web Sales for the first time as the price was by far the cheapest of any other site. The process was easy and delivery was relatively fast considering I live in South Australia. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Ordered a PC monitor. I'm in Australia and was unaware the company is located in NZ (although it isn't hidden but I assumed AU due web site). This caused a delay to the in stock ships today fast arrival I was expecting. Being a relatively large bulky item I think it shipped via sea rather than air although the NZ Post tracking site doesn't say one way or the other. Ordered on 3 March and still awaiting delivery. The NZ post tracking site showed processed 4 Mar, left NZ 5 Mar arrived in Sydney 9 Mar and through customs and enroute 10 Mar. Hopefully arrive tomorrow.

Apart from that the pricing was very competitive (included free shipping) and the communication from PB Tech was on par with other online tech companies I've dealt with.

East to purchase and the best price I could find. Everything went of without a problem and delivery was quite fast and efficient also.

I ordered a shaver thinking it was coming from Sydney only to find out it was in New Zealsnd but the service was great as it arrived in a week coming from New Zealand and tracking was up to date all the time fantastic service thanks.

Have bought what was listed as a brandnew item, was delivered already opened, with the original barcode covered over with a another homemade one.
Tried to return and have asked to return and filled out RMA twice and still no refind and still no details to return.
I have already ordered another and was delivered the next day, unopened, and everything as it was ment to be from PB Tech. Would not recommend as nothing is being done at all.

I purchased 2 car laptop chargers, PB offered competitive price on what seemed a good product. Shipping time from NZ to Sydney, Aus, was only a few days (arrived quicker than some Aus sellers who offer 'fast delivery').
The chargers themselves look sturdy and so far are working fine

Simple process. We needed a new keyboard for a laptop that had keys broken off. I found the right item, ordered it, and it was delivered in just a few days with regular tracking updates from NZ Post & AusPost.

Bought an off-grid router, that was marketed as such, that did not come with a 12v cord. Sent an email and rang to acquire to one. No reply just ghosting, they don't care once they have your money.
