Very easy to talk by email with Martin. Purchase was very easy. Freight was like clockwork delivered without damage. We have built a new house on our farm, an award winning design, and the Pergolux pergola fits it seamlessly. People see it as part of the original design.

We’ve had our Pergolux Sundream S3 up for two months now and absolutely love it. Perfect for the warmer Sydney weather. We use it daily for meals and have had friends over in the evenings.

Setup took about six hours with three people. Watch the YouTube videos first and have all screws and silicone ready. We’ll add privacy screens later for extra shade.

We recently completed construction of our Pergolux pergola and are thrilled with the final result. My husband is in the building industry and was able to assemble it over a few weekends…he studied the videos and found some parts tricky but got there in the end. We accidentally broke a small but vital piece of the motorised roof mechanism and Pergolux sent us a replacement free of charge by express post. We opted for two sides to have sliding glass doors and these were quite heavy to move into place, needing two people. Delivery was perfect, we were kept updated with delivery tracking and everything was offloaded by the driver who used a battery operated forklift to place everything neatly in our carport. The finished pergola looks amazing and we found everything to be very good quality.

Love love love my new Pergolux! I got the Sundream S3 which has absolutely transformed my outdoor space. After lots of research, the price and quality is second to none. Quick and easy delivery and outstanding customer service too - they even FaceTimed me when I called with assembly questions. Superb!

Retro-fitted Screen S2 to existing Pergolux S3 3mx3m. Once installed, the screen was great protection from the very strong afternoon sun in summer, with the ability to lock at various heights a wonderful feature. It also helped effectively reduce the effect of rain: even when a strong South-west storm wind was blowing the rain in, the rain came through the screen as a fine spray rather than heavy raindrops. Instructions for fitting were challenging however. The PDFs were not clear to a lay-person, there was no link to the video on the App, and once I did find the video myself on YouTube it was too rushed and skipped important details, which resulted in having to re-do about half of the installation. Anyway, now that it's done, we do LOVE the finished product!

So happy with our Pergolux pergola! It’s better than we ever expected and the service from their staff was excellent. Even better they are available seven days and knowledgeable about all their products. It was a smooth process on the day of installation but watch the YouTube video first!

For someone who is a novice when it comes to installing structures, Pergolux have been wonderful. They assisted with the ordering, including finding a solution to expedite the shipment (which was delivered with great care and assistance by the driver). I have emailed them to ask a raft of questions and, every time, they provide answers, including diagrams, or photos from their store of their stock items to help with my planning. I can't wait to install this as it will look perfect. Thanks Pergolux and keep up the great service.

We installed the 3x5 wall-mounted Sundream S3 yesterday over 9 hours. Our builder friend who helped us install it was impressed by the quality of all the components, and found the app instructions very useful. As a backup, we had the pdf instructions open on a laptop for easier reading.
The structure looks fantastic, and is a great addition to our north-facing outdoor area.
The main things to consider: the boxes are numerous, and very heavy! The freight company only sent out one driver, so my husband with a bad back, had to help unload. And we recommend having someone who is competent in following plans and instructions, like our builder friend. There is no way we would have been able to do it on our own.
We will be interested to see how well it performs in winter, and how long the motorised components last into the future.

I have been working in the construction industry for 45 years. Pergolux is honest, processes refunds immediately, and has top-quality design and products — truly excellent.
I am cancelling only because I could not obtain council approval at this time, but I will purchase again as soon as the approval is granted.

We recently purchased a 4 x 5m Pergolux pergola and I self installed.
The service right from the start was excellent and very supporting to answer any questions.
Whilst there were some minor items we had to work thru on the installation instructions we found it easily installed by a capable DIYer and the product is excellent quality and well put together.
We love the look and feel and it’s a great investment in our home and lifestyle.
