Y hr product is great but the instructikn lot it down

Adding a Pergolux has completely transformed our outdoor space. Even with our ongoing garden renovations, it’s already the clear standout feature. In fact, our landscaper mentioned it’s one of the most impressive statement pieces he’s come across in a while.
The build quality is excellent, and the automated louvres combined with the integrated LED lighting make the area feel incredibly high-end. I’m looking forward to the warmer months when the rest of the garden is done so we can get the full use out of it. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their outdoor living space

Love our Pergolux! We purchased one as we wanted to maximise our time spent outdoors, regardless of the weather. We are now protected against the harsh Tassie sun & with the heater can keep warm. Easy to put together.

A well-designed pergola that looks great and has really enhanced our backyard space.

We purchased the Sundream S3 3x4m wall-mount model in anthracite. Our package included LED lighting and 1500w heater.

The delivery and packaging was excellent. The boxes are robust and protected the contents well.

We self-installed and with the instructions and watching the process on the videos we felt it was a generally easy process. It does require strength and some teamwork to manage the longer sections. The materials are excellent and the finish is amazing.

The louvre mechanism is quiet and smooth and is completely watertight even in torrential rain. The LED lights are a great as they are integrated into the beams seamlessly. The heater will be welcome in cooler months and will extend the use of our space.

We are delighted with the Sundream S3 and would recommend it to anyone

I found Pergolux terrific to deal with. Their products are quality and when constructed looks amazing. Super impressed with how good the pergola and accessories look.

I contacted the company via website and had a prompt reply. I was given hood detail of the purchase to be confident to buy the 6x3 vergolux.
Delivery was on time and was given good detail to install ourselves. It took 3 people 10 hours to install which included installing the 3 screens. It would be much quicker installing another one.
Overall back up service has been good.

Recently purchased the Pergolux Sundream S3 and it has exceeded our expectations. To begin with we received it in 2 weeks rather than the 4-6 we were expecting so we were off to a great start. The product is excellent quality and looks as though it was custom made for our house. It works beautifully and has made our deck far more useable than it previously was. So glad we chose to go with the Pergolux.

Fast delivery. Product quality looks great. Enjoying our new pergola!

The pergola arrived very quickly considering we live 500km away from a major city . It was in several large boxes and when opened looked like a giant lego kit so if you loved Lego or model building , this is an easy job for you . We downloaded the instructions but printed them out so make it easier when working outside . Everything was easily labeled and what I ( the wife) loved was the kit included extra nuts and bolts and washers etc so when I accidentally dropped one and lost it down the hollow legs , it wasn’t a drama . It took us about two days to complete which was amazing as I went from being general labourer , pole holder , passing tools and tea maker on the first day to main builder after the drill kicked back and broke my husbands thumb . I honestly can say I have absolutely no experience building anything and am not at all practical but suddenly I was up the ladder putting on the louvres , fixing lights and I could do it .We may have sounded like a couple from The Block bickering when we didn’t quite agree and maybe the kids in the house behind may have learnt a few new choice words but we felt a sense of achievement once it was finished . It’s over the end of our pool and now the pool is in shade when I swim with my grandsons .
