100% impressed with the salesperson I dealt with, product quality, online and telephone support. A bit more fiddley and time consuming in erecting than I anticipated. Some more online videos with verbal instructions (rather background music) showing installation of items like the motor, lights and heater would be helpful. However, my wife & I got it done and we love it.

Quality of the product is great. Very sturdy.
Instructions can be confusing and videos dont always show the correct info and not close up of certain parts being installed.
Freight time frames - slow. Not in the time frame their shop says when ordering.
Accessories are great. Heater and Lights and screens.

I have purchased 3 pergolas from Pergolux and I highly recommend them! Not only are they beautiful and truly enhance our garden and backyard but the service was awesome! I had questions on assembly and delivery and they always answered my questions and were very helpful. They truly care. Five stars to Isiah!

Also the delivery was not very good. One was person to delivery many heavy long boxes which was very difficult for me to help lift and i hurt my back.

We were unsure if we made the right choice to purchase the pergolas from Pergolux company. Because we did our research for quite sometime and there are so many companies selling similar products. But we are now very satisfied with the quality of the products, it’s very strong thick and quality finish. The customer service is amazing and promptly response and very nice manner.

We just put up our Pergolux Sundream S3 this weekend and its perfect timing, with the weather warming up here in Sydney. We LOVE it! we and the kids have been eating breakfast lunch and dinner out here every day, and have already had friends over in the evening for some wine, was perfectly warm under there with the heater.
It took about 6 hours to set up with 3 people and my husband said it was just like a big lego set. Our recommendation would be to watch the installation videos on YouTube first as they are much more clear than the instructions on the app. Also make sure you pre buy the items you need such as screws and silicone etc, so you don't need to run to the shops mid install.
We realise now that we will also need the privacy screens for extra shade in the late afternoon, but apparently they are easily retro fitted, so will get them a bit closer to summer

The pergola parts fitted perfectly.
It would have been nice if a instructions booklet was provided rather than having to print it out as looking on your phone is no good as your phone times out.
