Turned up on time , very polite and respectful.
Explained any concerns i had, didnt get the feeling he was just there to check the boxes and leave (as if in a hurry) Spoke about other things, including the ability for online poisons to be less effective. All in all great guy.

Excellent service
I've used this company a number of times before (wasps, cluster flies) and I always receive an excellent service. This time was no different. Making an appointment was easy, communication before the visit excellent, and I received text updates of when they would be arriving on the day. The young man who came to do the job was polite, professional and very thorough. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had an ant infestation that had been bugging us for quite some time. Graham arrived and was very quick and methodical with the application of the poison. Was very reassuring and knowledgeable about the process, and made us feel at ease!
