Very clear and helpful response when I called the company. This was followed up by a visit the next day from Martyn. He listened carefully to my description of the problem and carefully explained the remedy he proposed. He also answered any questions I had and all in a pleasant and friendly manner.

Never showed up
Never showed up. Had to rebook. Was told they tried calling me. No idea who they called, it wasn't me or my partner. First visit, was called too as contractor was a few doors down.
When you call the hotline, they just transfer you into an automated menu telling you to email them. I had previously emailed about a follow-up appointment and never got a response. Via phone, you only get help if you immediately ask them to please not transfer you again.
The first contractor who placed the traps was lovely, but their customer service skills are seriously lacking. And apparently the ability to use Google Maps and ring a dool bell, too.
