Postage costs
I sent an email and my order was cancelled promptly so good service. I will check for the refund. The postage costed more than the products and they charge for every single item rather than bulk package it appears from the price. It is stated as one postage on the website and then the amount is shown as postage costs for every item after payment ( rather than 1 package). Company explained they have to send pesticides this way. I therefore found it cheaper elsewhere although I would have preferred to support this company.

Quick and easy to install
Supplied with the necessary clips to mount on a gutter edge, spikes are already inserted into the strips unlike some on the market. Can't comment on effectiveness yet.

You ordered from us on 31st May at 11am, we dispatched your order at 16:21 the same day. We sent this by Royal Mail and on looking at their tracking information they appear not to have attempted delivery yet so it appears to be a delay with Royal Mail.
