Thank you for your feedback Colin. Just to clarify our delivery charges;
We use royal mail for our standard lower rate delivery, but for any orders that contain a pesticide, liquid or aerosol we have to send by courier. The courier services we use are always a next working day service with a timed delivery window and gps tracking to suit the needs of those in need of pest products more urgently.
We have tested other couriers which would be cheaper, but have found them to be unreliable.

We're sorry that we could not fulfil your order as production by the manufacturer is delayed beyond our control.
We have offered an alternative brand of product which has the same active ingredients at the same strength which we can dispatch today and is also cheaper for you. We are waiting on your decision to accept the alternative, wait for the brand you have originally asked for or would like a refund for the order.

Tubs are convenient
Tubs are convenient, blocks are efficient does the job intended within a couple ofdays, better than the red bloks. So Good product.
However reading at their advertising and labels I mistakenly thought the tubs had 25blocks in them. But they actually have only 17 blocks in them. They have the weight 300grams on the tubs which is right, but as I said I thought I was buying 25blocks it says 25 on the tubs and in their advertising which is misleading, I bought 2 tubs expecting to have 50blocks in total Not 34. Disapointed.

Hello Michael, thank you for your review of your recent order. The manufacturer uses the 25 in their branding as this product is the 25ppm version of their Sapphire rodenticide. We will pass your comments on to the manufacturer and will also update the description on the product we display online so that it is clear the 25 relates to the ingredients and not the quantity of blocks within.

Concerne re support posts staying in place.
Delivery was very quick and all elements for the pidgeon deterent wiring were included. However, guidance on installation is minimal, I found much more helpful & detailed info. on other supplier's web sites.
I haven't done installation yet but I'm concerned that the posts have no positive fixing into the base and come out very easily. I think they could easily be pulled out by a birds wing & I don't want to be getting on the roof again to fix them. I'll be contacting PestFix to discuss.
