The agent that I spoke with was very respectful and he listened to my concerns and rectified our issue about not having a particular medication on stock. Yeah he was very empathetic of the fact that I have an old dog and she’s out of her pain medication.

My representative was able to go to your sister site and order from that site for the lowest price for my Nextgard Plus bi-yearly order for my dog! I am so appreciative! Really nice guy too! I unfortunately forgot his name :-(

**Extremely Disappointing Service – No Accountability Whatsoever**

PetCareRx has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I mailed my pet’s prescription about a month ago so it would be on file and ready when I needed to reorder its food. When I finally placed my order and called to confirm everything was in order, I was told they had never received the prescription and that I would have to mail it in AGAIN.

How does a company manage to lose a prescription and offer absolutely no accountability or real solution? I did my part, planned ahead, and followed their process, only to have my time wasted and my order delayed because of their incompetence.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it involves a pet’s dietary needs. Based on this experience, I have serious doubts about their internal processes and overall competence. If PetCareRx can’t properly handle something as basic as a prescription, why should customers trust them with anything else?
Absolutely frustrating and deeply disappointing. I expected much better. The savings you're getting are not worth the headaches. Rather to pay more to a more competent provider.

Representative Steve Nelson was very helpful very friendly and took care of my issue in a quick way. Very happy to deal with him.

I spoke with Steve and he was very pleasant and helped me to complete my order for two medicines for my dog. He also answered by question regarding a charge on my credit card and helped to obtain a discount on my order. I was very pleased with the experience.

Called about how to send in a prescription and the customer service was good! She explained what I need to do and seems simple and easy enough.

Rep had my info up and knew exactly what to do before I was even done explaining. Always super helpful and friendly. One of the few places that makes me feel like they care about the customers.

This may well be the best customer service experience I've ever had. The nicest guy, Stephen, went out of his way to find Adequan for my old Golden. It was on back order with them but he found it elsewhere, got it ordered there for me, and canceled the PetCareRx order. Gives me renewed faith in humanity! THE BEST!

The rep was great! But I was supposed to get expedited delivery (within 48hrs). Instead it will take 5 days. BS

Steven was an amazing customer service representative! I had called to check on the status of my order and determine the delivery date, and he was very helpful and had great positive energy. I appreciate it, and I’ve used PetCareRX multiple times now! Thanks Steven!

This company is the absolute worst. They overcharge for everything, most of the time don't have what you need in stock and Lord help you if their carrier doesn't deliver the product to you because they will not help you at all. They put the entire situation on you and wipe their hands clean, but they have no problem putting your money in their account.

Customer service agent listened to my issue. Duplicated it on his end and offered a solution. He was very friendly and helpful

My representatives went out of their way to make sure my dogs medicine was on track. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family.

Customer service rep, Steven was extremely kind & helpful. I had a yearly membership fee that I was unaware off even though I was not using Pet Care RX for my dogs' meds and he helped with reversing the charge.
