While a few maintenance issues took a little longer than expected to be resolved, they were ultimately dealt with properly. Overall, a professional and reliable property management agency!

Very smooth process. We didn't get the first flat we wanted but Jay was a great help in getting us straight into the next viewing which turned out to be the flat we wanted and ultimately got. Appreciate the support and easy agents to work with throughout the process from enquiry to tenancy.

The team at Peter martin were so helpful when we were trying to find a property - upfront and honest about the rental, responsive on questions, and honoured both our and the landlord's requests. Since moving in, they've worked with the landlord to action all maintenance requests incredibly quickly.
