Peter and Jay are a great team, assisting with everything related to renting out my flat. They make it easy and I don’t need to worry about anything, making sure there are no gaps between tenants, finding good tenants who are clean and pay on time, and they keep it all managed and easy without undue stress. They are reliable and go above and beyond.

I cannot speak highly enough of this agency – it has been, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever encountered. From the very beginning, their professionalism, integrity, and human touch set them apart. Throughout the tenancy, they were consistently supportive and responsive, and at the most critical moment — the end of the tenancy — they truly shone.

We found ourselves in a very delicate and emotionally charged situation, with disagreements between us as tenants and the landlord. It could have easily escalated, but thanks to the calm, fair, and deeply professional handling by the agency — and especially by Mr. Jay Hayden — a positive outcome was reached.

Jay acted with wisdom and balance, standing exactly in the middle to mediate between both sides. His ability to protect the interests of everyone involved, while guiding us all toward a fair and respectful resolution, was remarkable. He is, without exaggeration, the best agent I have ever met.

This is more than just a letting agency — it’s a team of people who genuinely care and go the extra mile. If you are looking for a letting agency in London that combines expertise with empathy, this is the one. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Peter Martin Unique Letting Agents have looked after our flat for many years and have taken away the hassle of contracts and maintenance, communicating with both landlord and tenant whenever the need arises. I highly recommend them for their professional service and peace of mind.

Jay and the rest of the team have always been extremely responsive and helpful.

I've had Peter Martin as my estate agents for more than a decade. I've used other estate agents as well. But Peter Martin is significantly better than all the others. Personal service, reliable and competent staff. Jay has always been my go to person for letting. Would highly recommend

Jay Hayden is very experienced, very reliable and always willing to help and advise. I highly recommend.

Excellent service, always willing to go above and beyond. 100% trustworthy and would not hesitate to recommend.

Great agency - we have worked with them for many years.

I highly recommend Jay Hayden from Peter Martin London. Their knowledge of the area is exceptional, and they provided me with valuable insights throughout our years of them managing and renting out our properties. They are always responsive to my questions, even on weekends, and their attention to detail ensured a smooth and stress-free transaction. I particularly appreciated their ability to explain complex legal jargon in a way that was easy to understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent their property in the area.

Jay and the team were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

Everyone at Peter Martin was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. They were excellent communicators throughout the process of looking, finding, and applying to rent a flat. They replied quickly to all of our questions, and our main contact (Jay) set up an alternate contact during a brief vacation, thus ensuring our moving in process was not delayed in the slightest. They always kept us posted about what should happen next and when, and would reach out with updates before we requested them (even if the update was just to explain what they were waiting on and how long it should take). Thanks to them we have now moved into a beautiful new flat. Can't recommend highly enough!

Peter & Wright have been outstanding letting agents. Jay, Peter and Susan respond promptly, keep every step transparent, are honest and are willing to receive feedback. They never hesitate to go the extra mile and often offer proactive solutions before issues arise. Their client-first attitude has made the whole process effortless; we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I am a first time landlord and was recommended to use Peter Martin London by a good friend of mine who has used them for years. I am extremely impressed by the level of care, professionalism and responsiveness of the company and by0 Jay in particular who has been a font of knowledge and has given sound advice throughout. I would most definitely recommend Peter Martin to anyone thinking of renting or renting out a property

As a landlord I was with the Peter Martin agency for 25 years, which in itself shows the high performance of the agency. The staff have been constant during this time and the service excellent. The Peter Martin agency staff are very good communicators, always speaking directly to both landlords and tenants when requested. Maintenance is provided quickly and at a high standard. Good tenants were always found with no problem.

Peter Martin and Jay have been looking after our family portfolio of flats and houses in West Hampstead over the past 20 years, full management of our rentals, finding long term excellent tenants , also advising on purchases and disposals in West Hampstead, there knowledge and advise has been invaluable to our success

We have been renting out our apartment through Peter Martin for a number of years and can highly recommend them. They are always pro-active, take care of the regulatory requirements on time and provide advice, contacts for maintenance and help with access where required. The tenants we have in place through them are fabulous and also rate the agency very highly. I look forward to working with you for many years to come

We have known Jay for a number of years and when we decided to rent out our property for a second time we decided on letting Peter Martin manage the property. They do a marvellous job keeping us well informed of all we need to know and sparing us from anything we don't need to know! We would have no hesitation in recommending Jay and Peter Martin to anyone thinking of letting out their property and looking for a trustworthy and honest agent.

Peter Martin's team have let and managed two properties for us over a number of years and both Peter and Jay have always been extremely helpful, professional and responsive. We would recommend them to any landlords looking to rent out their property in the local area.

I have known Jay and Peter for 10 plus years and the service they provide is absolutely amazing and totally seamless. They know their market well and anticipate your need and follow up before you have to ring them and ask a question .
They have a great style and are a breath of fresh air ... if you are looking for an agent then Peter Martin and Jay are your team .... They have an excellent back up team and Sue is outstanding with a capital O .

I have worked with Peter and Jay for many years now and I have absolutely nothing to complain about which is, by itself, a tall order when it comes to lettings. It isn't just that they make you feel you are special but I also have a feeling that tenants feel the same about them. Without exception, all tenants they have found for me were outstanding individuals and model tenants. This is exactly what I would expect from a specialised boutique.
