I worked with Jay on the rental of my flat. It was a great experience. Jay was super flexible in helping me with aspects of the exiting of my prior tenant and setting things up with the new one. Dealing with Peter Martin has been a frustrating nightmare. Despite meeting all my responsibilities, my deposit was withheld without explanation. Communication was ignored, and promises were broken. It’s disappointing to be treated so unfairly after doing everything right. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with him.

Jay was amazing in giving us feedback during our renovations to maximize appeal for future tenants. This resulting in signing new tenants within a week after completing renovations. I always feel like I’m in good hands working with Jay.
