My secretary ordered an air conditioning unit for the office and paid £250. Weeks later, no AC unit and no contact. emails are ignored. This is a scam company. Just put a search in browser for: Petrious scam and you will get confirmation
Ordered an ebike carrier,no response to any emails even though we used different email addresses, one thing we should have picked up on was they asked for a billing address but no delivery address!!!!

I sent payment believing that this operator was reputable using the “Shop” Branding, but the website is a front, they have registered several names with company house. I have sent several emails, they claim to reply in 24-48 hours business days, i have not received any communication and will be requesting my money back through the credit card company on 28 July 2026, also informing the police of this company, trading standards etc…. Steer well clear!
