Phil was brilliant in the office arranging the visit to sort out my wasp nest.
Oliver Allen , the technician, who came out to fix the problem was amazing. Very professional, good at his job and had a good sense of humour. Well done Oliver!

We had mice in the loft and gave PGH a call

We had a large wasps nest in our shed and called PGH to help us sort this. Oliver was absolutely brilliant and knowledgeable too. He used a natural method to rid us of the wasps. He was very friendly too :-) We will definitely use this company again if we have any issues.

I want to thank PGH yet again for the great service and understanding shown by both Branden and Ryan. Both have always shown professionalism and courtesy when dealing with me on the phone. I felt I needed to reschedule an appointment and Branden with a bit of 'juggling' was able to accommodate this. Ryan was equally helpful in arranging the original appointment. Thank you both!

Prompt, effective service

PGH responded quickly to our initial contact, made a call-out appointment immediately, and followed up with a note. The problem was diagnosed quickly on the call-out (which was free), and a quote followed in 3 days, with the work completed 4 days later. Each contact with PGH was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The Team at Beegone were wonderful from start to finish. Right from our first call, the customer service team were very communicative, polite and knowledgeable and shifted diaries around to help us out at short notice with a rat problem. Every appointment was prompt and punctual and the survey and subsequent treatments performed by Steve were extremely thorough.

Excellent service. Initial contact by phone easy & actually talked to someone. This is a definite bonus. Appointment made for 2 days later. Survey report received later that day. Ollie had very pleasant manner and good positive attitude to the problem. Awaiting test results and plan for eradication. So far, definitely 5 stars.

Very happy with the treatment service. Courteous team and work carried out very neatly. Too early to say if the treatment has worked as the ants appear in the spring.

Excellent service - fast, efficient, careful and thorough. Very pleasant people who were knowledgeable and happy to explain the processes and precautions they take. I was reassured to know that they use the minimum treatments necessary to do the job and that wildlife and pets would be safe from harm. They made a stressful situation manageable. I'm glad I found them, and wished I'd called them sooner.

Frustrating that it is not possible to cancel and get a refund if you change your mind - even with reasonable 24 hours notice

Dan arrived on time & patiently & gently removed a lively bumble bee nest from the insulation in a wall.
It wasn’t straight forward as they’d made their nest around a corner but he carried on and, I’m glad to report, the queen & her subjects have safely been re-homed.
Would thoroughly recommend.

From initial approach to company all staff were excellent, from office staff to technicians especially Jason and Dan. Would highly recommend this company.

I had some unwanted holiday "guests" (rats) which had decided the house was nicer than the canal bank. A thorough assessment was completed - and a multi-visit plan was agreed - which also involved a change of bait (as my guests were picky eaters). They've taken the bait and now works are progressing on protecting against future issues. The engagement team has been great to work with - and the field resource (Dan) has been great to work with - listening to the issues, and explaining the steps he was taking to rectify. I will of course post again after the remediations works are completed, but fully expect that the high satisfaction rating will continue.

I have been an employee at PGH Pest control since this summer. The team are dedicated to helping others,and go above and beyond into solving peoples pest issues. The Technicians are very knowledgeable and always happy to help out. We are constantly receiving positive feedback about out guys on the road! Proud to be part of the team.
