Really prompt delivery, pharmacists available at all times if any issues and they’ve made some very helpful suggestions that enabled me to reduce prescription costs by about half.

Delayed medication, lack of communication
Did not have my medication when prescription was submitted but failed to tell my doctor or me. Only after I chased up did I get told this. But was not informed on ETA. This resulted in missing dosages which had a knock on effect on my health. Then proceeded to deliver to the wrong address (number 5 instead of number 15) which further delayed getting the medication I needed.

Fairly fast, and reliable. I haven’t found better.
I’ve been a customer of Pharmazon for a few years and have always appreciated their prompt and reliable service. One month I encountered an issue with an overpayment but the pharmacy team swiftly resolved it. Before every delivery, I receive a text update from Pharmazon’s delivery team and Royal Mail the evening before. The only improvement I can suggest is the ability to track order status on their website after payment, as payment to posting time can vary a little. However, that’s a nice-to-have feature. Overall, I have no complaints about their service.

There are always improvements to be made to our service, which is why we have developed a new platform called GoWello. It will allow for clearer visibility of where your medication is, streamline payment and delivery address confirmation, and will also provide constant updates of where your order is from receipt of the physical prescription to delivery to your door through Emails and SMS.
We are very excited to provide this to patients when it is fully up and running, until then (and afterwards too!) we will continue to strive to provide you with 5 star customer service you can rely on!

A fast and responsive service.
A fast turn around and responsive with my queries. I was also impressed that one of the pharmacists called to check some clinical information with me to prevent an error.
The price of private prescriptions have also been affordable in my opinion, when compared with other private pharmacies.

Highly recommend
I’ve been using Pharmazon for over 2 years now and have never had a single issue; once they receive the prescription, the process is as smooth as you could possibly hope for. Communication is clear throughout so you know when to expect the delivery and they use Royal Mail which has generally been reliable (although less so than Pharmazon!). Zero complaints, pleased to be a customer.
