Fast delivery, relatively smooth process for payment for a prescription from a private clinic.
One suggestion would be that the payment website seems to be quite outdated, there’s no Apple Pay or any other modern payment methods and the user interface is made for desktop only so using it on mobile is slightly awkward.

My first experience was ok..
My first experience was ok... I did get a call to complete my details to receive my prescription. I did explain that I was away for the weekend and would not be home until the following Tuesday and was told this was fine and that it would be with my on that date. I then was informed by Royal Mail that I was getting a next day delivery when I wasn't there. No problem...I was able to reschedule via the royal mail app.... But then they tried delivering on Monday, so I checked my options and saw that there was already a 'deliver on Tuesday' entry. All good, but forced to change delivery day and then re-check it after a delivery attempt when not home 😅
Prompt service anyway! I expect it will be fine next time and the fact that it should normally arrive the next day is reassuring.
